Never ever ever ever go here. My husband has gone here for a year and he’s never loved it, but it was convenient and it was never something the wife couldn’t fix up at home with a few clips here and there. Well it finally happened that I can’t fix the catastrophe that’s on my husbands head. They left him with completely different lengths in the back and a rat tail of a piece down the middle. They didn’t trim his under hairs either. They didn’t check with him at the end to show him from all angles so it wasn’t until I got home that he realized how bad it was. I cannot believe we paid money for this. A rip off.

Great hair cut friendly had to change my review, have never not had to wait over 30 min even checking In online time seems to get longer need more staff.

Would give a higher rating if I could. After going to two different Great Clips I was honestly going to give up and just cut off all my hair. I’m glad I gave this location a try. For the last couple of weeks I’ve been going in for a simple wash and blow dry since I haven’t been able to properly wash my hair after a pretty intensive surgery. Ebony was so kind and considerate! She was very knowledgeable and asked me questions about my hair type and gave me suggestions on the different shampoos she could use for it. She made sure that I was comfortable and treated me with kindness unlike the the last locations I went to.It’s a little bit of a farther drive, but I will 100% be coming back to her specifically. Thank you Ebony!

Great Clips New Albany, did a walk in with my 2 kids. They were quickly called, staff was friendly, but haircuts were not that great.

Highly recommend Jeanette! I'm very particular, but Jeanette is awesome. Very patient with me and consistently does such a great job. She's also always very kind and professional providing a great experience every time. Honestly had great luck at this Great Clips, everyone is always friendly when you walk in the door and everyone that has cut my hair here has been great!
