Absolutely delicious! Wish there was one near me in central Ca. Had the pasta salad, poblano chicken soup, jalapeno chicken salad and one with grapes, pecans. So yummy

I think your feelings for this restaurant are definitely going to be based on personal preference. My husband doesn't like it. I'm without him today, so I tried it. I'm really enjoying the sassy Scott sandwich. Great flavor and large portion. I also tried the potato soup, which I do not care for. Missing green onions, maybe -Just tastes like cheesy potatoes. And finally, I tried the grape salad. Never had that before. Quite different, but I have to say that I enjoyed it as well. I'll be back!

I was skeptical of this because delivery apps don’t do a good job detailing what exactly the preparation options are so I found myself saying “Wtf is a Fancy Nancy?” Well - it was most ordered so I got it and oh my. I’ll be a returning customer for sure. Great flavors, yummy cookie dessert and love the broc salad. Can’t wait to try other options!

I wanted to check this place out since it opened & finally made my way over there. Service was ok, the food was & tasted as described on the menu. Really loved the concept & setup. Prices were a bit high however the selection is plentiful. 4 Stars

The food is delicious, there are a lot fun options and everything tastes really fresh. The portion sizes see nice and they include a small cookie with the meals. They'll let you sample a chicken salad before you choose too. I've been a couple of times now and feel rushed when ordering; especially if there are others in line. It's also so cold inside that I would never dine in unless I could sit outside. If you want something sweet do not pass over the butter cookies or chocolate chip rice crispy treat! They are so good! Don't toss your receipts. You'll need to scan your receipt on their app for loyalty points. These can be exchanged for free food and merchandise!

My friend and I ate there for lunch and it was delicious! Very spacious inside. For $9 you can get a meal that includes a sandwich or salad with a side and it comes with a mini Cheryl’s cookie and a pickle spear. I had a traditional chicken salad sandwich on a large soft and buttery croissant with the loaded potato soup. My friend had a fancy chicken salad on toasted whole wheat with the grape salad. We absolutely love this place! Two things. This rating is based on our experience with the wonderful lady that works the cash register, and I believe has been at this location since it opened. If I’m wrong, I’m not off by much. She is so king, tentative to us and always a pleasure. The GM on the other hand is going yo run this place in the ground. We come here weekly, never one time had our order been messed up, until the GM took our order. Then, to our delight, had a horrible attitude like we were the ones. It’s clear as day the people don’t like working for this guy. If I were him and reading this review, I would seriously consider being an all around better person. I’ll pay anyone a 10 to 1 odds, his people can’t stand working for him. Shape up or promote the older lady with experience and a wonderful attitude.

We waited with no others in front while the ordering staff had a conversation knowing we were standing at the counter. When the attention was directed to us the ordering personnel did not apologize for the wait. We ordered drinks and the ordering personnel stated we are out of a lot of things. Seemed chaotic and unorganized. The food was good and portion size was appropriate.

Came with my Grandmother and best friend, we all tried different types of chicken salad and none of us were disappointed, I HIGHLY recommend the Sassy Scotty (chicken bacon ranch,) super clean and quick. Also just an interesting concept in general. The spot's interior is very bright and cutesy. I cannot recommend this place enough, and can't wait to go back!

I had the chicken salad with the onions in it and made as a melt and it was very good. The mac and cheese isn't that great but not bad either.

Donna is absolutely amazing! We have been coming here for 3 years, and every time we walk in the door she greets us with a smile and a hug. She has the most welcoming, loving personality every time. She is very professional and works hard to ensure every guest has a great experience!

I have been 2 times. The food is excellent. Unfortunately, I purchased a container of chicken salad to have at home and have eaten 3 servings. I found gristle in all 3 servings. I never experienced that when eating in the restuarant.

I used to love this place. Then it got popular and the service got sloppy. The pst 3 times I have been there they have messed up my order. Not only have the prices gone up (like everything else) but also when you pay $20 for a chicken salad sandwich and 2 sides…you want your sides. I just left with a $21 bill for a sandwich and pickle. That’s it. Very disappointed with the rate at which this place has gone downhill. They need to hire adults instead of kids. The teenagers who work there are polite but inept.

Man I don't think I've had a bad dish from here. Their chicken salad is delicious, I usually get the fruity fran but they do seasonal specials and they're usually all good.

I have been to this restaurant before, only a different location, so I knew the food would be good. When I received my food, there was a mix-up with my meal, but the staff were very understanding and were able to fix this for me. The service was great, and the food was delicious. I look forward to visiting again!

Today was my 4th time visiting. I had no intention of writing a review at any point, in spite of how great the food has been every time, because I'm lazy. Today, though, I was in-and-out of that building in no more than 3 minutes total, so I had to take some time and show my appreciation. Food was fantastic as always, and I'm obsessed with that pickle. If they're made in house, I'll buy them by the jar if you'll sell them. If not, please tell me where they're from so I can buy them by the jar!! Love y'all!

The food would be 5 star for a fast casual place. It’s pretty good BUT whomever is responsible for shredding the chicken off the carcass doesn’t bother to make sure no cartilage gets in with the meat. We’ve been here 4x and 3 out of the 4x I had to spit out cartilage, twice in 1 sandwich! We won’t be back if it happens again. I can make my own without the negative experience.

I ordered the plain Jane chicken salad sandwich they call it something else Carol for something but anywho I got it with lettuce and tomato plus it came with a soup when I got back to the secret lair I noticed there were no schools or crackers and I was ready to send my boys and break something but then I opened the container and there were crackers silverware and everything was delicious you should come and get a chicken salad sandwich or a club they have many different kinds of sandwiches and everything did look good and it was like $8 so you better be good. I had one of the fruity chicken salads on wheat toast with a side of pimento cheese. The chicken salad was tasty, the wheat toast was delicious. The pimento cheese was on the bland side, but then again I chose mild. In my togo box, were crackers and a mini Cheryl's cookie. Staff were very helpful making recommendations. I wish there was one closer to me, I would love to go again.

My original thought was really, chicken salad? I can make chicken salad at home. Ummm no, not like this! I'm not sure what is in their special chicken salad seasoning, but OMGoodness, it's delicious!! Have only tried Dixie Chick and Sassy Scotty so far but looking forward to bringing more containers home and trying some others! Dixie Chick is my fave so far! 💕

Went in to use my birthday reward. Had the Madame Curry, broccoli salad side, iced tee and a cookie. Everything was delicious. Liked the Madame Curry salad with Curry and golden raisins. Very nice flavor and was delicious with the wheat crackers and lettuce. Always nice to eat at CSC.

The food is always great, I wish the customer service could be as good. No one smiles, when taking my order they seemed annoyed, very low vibrations vibes. Definitely not the kind customer service I would think that matches the brand.

I'm very picky about my chicken salad, I don't like any of those fruit or nuts or anything fancy in my chicken salad. This little place that sits in a little strip mall in New Albany has what I was looking for in a chicken salad. I wish the only thing they could have done better was add a little bit more celery cuz I like my chicken salad that have a little crunch to it. Overall I can't wait to go back and I think you should try it they have different varieties of chicken salad different ways to get it either by itself or on a sandwich. They even go a little gourmet with it if that's your taste but they do something very well and it's keep it simple

Read the negative reviews . Absolutely ridiculous operation personnel including and especially the manager were the rudest people i believe I've ever met. Never made it past the cashier in 3 attempts. Food may be good. But couldn't tell you wouldn't let me buy it. Refused to sell me just several sandwiches. Get it now won't be here long. Unless under new management.

Oh my!!! We LOVE this chain! We drove 200+ miles one way to eat here. Their chicken salad 8s absolutely amazing! Always fresh. Donna is so sweet and makes you feel so welcome! Highly recommend this location :)

Good food and very fresh. Cute and clean restaurant following all distancing requirements. Other than egg salad, no other veggie, fish options. Was hoping they might have tuna salad. Broccoli salad was good but loaded with bacon. Portions are small, but filling.

I thought this looked good and would try it out. Went in and got in line, and then a register opened up so I went to the open register where somebody had been taking orders. Stood there for a while, and then the other register opened up, and the other people who were behind me came up to the register and their order was taken. I continued to stand there and wait, and was acknowledged and asked if I had my order taken yet, which I said I had not yet. I continued to stand there and not have my order taken, while others ordered and completed their orders. After continuing to stand there, I decided to leave and go elsewhere as others continued to have their order taken as I was standing there. As I was leaving, the lady who acknowledged me was very kind and said she could take my order now, but I said I had been waiting and other orders continued to be taken. I’m sure their food is very good (it looks very good), and hopefully this is an uncommon occurrence of passing over people who were already in line and waiting. I hope to try again at some point in the future.

Omg this place is delicious! I ordered food for the first time today and I was not disappointed. Will definitely come back to try all the other options. The only whoops they had was that they messed up my order. They swapped the scoop for the one in the sandwich but it wasn't a big deal since I still got the two that I had requested. Update: Kudos to their customer service team! They made up for their error and that speaks highly of an establishment. Barclay Lynn and the Buffalo one are definitely my favorite 2! Seriously, give this place a try, you will not regret it!

So good! I never knew there were so many ways to prepare chicken salad. Definitely try the lemon basil chicken salad and the grape salad as a side. Their lemonade is excellent as are the cookies. Nice clean, modern atmosphere to enjoy also.

I love this restaurant! Discovered it in Alabama and was very happy that it opened in Ohio. This location in New Albany has disappointed me with customer service 3 times! So rather than giving up on my Fancy Nancy sandwich, I will drive 30 minutes to Dublin!

I tried this place on a whim. I didn't think I liked chicken salad. I was proven wrong. I have eaten here every week since my first trip and I am eating my way through the salad options. They have already prepared options if you are in a hurry, as well made to order. Their menu is well rounded and I haven't had anything that wasn't top notch. The restaurant is clean and well decorated and the staff are absolutely delightful. I LOVE Chicken Salad Chic and I think you will too.
