I've been a patient at Solveraon University and has never been upset with them until now. I started going there when they first opened up and was seeing a nurse practitioner there who is now gone. I was going to transfer to the MD that is there until one of my friends went in to get established with him and had to wait over 2 hours and never did see the doctor. I don't feel that it should be allowed or scheduled differently but any doctor that is that far behind on a routine basis has a problem of some kind. I see many doctors I have many specialists and never have I had to wait 2 hours but I was informed when I called that this doctor is routinely that late. I immediately canceled my appointment and moving back to a Carle Health doctor that is more reliable. My two friends that I had referred to Solvera are also moving.

They have Dr Gilbert! He takes his time and really gives you his full attention. Appointments may take longer than other Dr.'s, but he's worth it. The nurses are great too!!!

I had unnecessary tests ordered for something I didn’t even go in for or have issues with which has resulted in a $432 bill that I now owe after billing my insurance. I was immediately prescribed antibiotics that I didn’t need and received no help for the problem I actually went in for. I went back and forth with them for over a month to try and get the results for the test I actually needed and now I’m down over $500 for nothing.

Dr Sauro has been my primary & Lyme Dr since January 2023. Switching to him, has been the best decision for the array of health issues that I have. I recommend everyone I come across to him!

Best medical office I've been going to for a long time. Lots of great old fashioned patient care with continual up to date options. Love Dr. Gilbert and all the nurses.

Wait time for your appointment is usually very long. I waited almost 2 hours when I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. Why? They take their time there and I can appreciate that. I always feel rushed when I went to see others and would leave with more questions than answers. Not here. Dr Gilbert has been great especially with handling all of my medications and issues. So far I’m happy.

Posting for my mother ( Elizabeth Peterson) Everyone at this office is extremely kind and friendly. The nurses are very efficient and compassionate! She had her first experience with the pharmacist this visit and she is very good at her job! She plans to have her prescriptions filled here in the future. As for the Dr.; Dr Gilbert is the most compassionate Dr I've ever met! He emphasizes the importance of taking responsibility for her Healthcare and provides suggestions to do this! He is so thorough in his exams. He found an abdominal aortic aneurysm that needed prompt repair. It worked so well that her blood pressure is normal most days! Ive heard that the other Doctors are just as good! You cannot find a better doctor office in Central Illinois. May GOD BLESS you all! PEACE

I saw my Dr. at Samaritan and when I found out where he was practicing, I made an appointment....sure glad I did. I'm scheduled this month for a procedure to correct an aortic abdominal anuyrism. Mr physician found it by listening with stethoscope! Everyone here is compassionate and kind! I would (and do) recommend to anyone who remembers when you were more than a $$. Peace

It is hard to believe that lab work and prescriptions can all be completed in one place after a visit to the doctor. I feel truly blessed to have found such a facility with such wonderful people and a caring physician like Dr. Gilbert,. Thank you!

Highly recommended! My wait in the waiting and patient room was minimal. The doctor was very thorough; I never felt rushed. He offered a lot of advice for treatment. The clinical staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit!

Personable, efficient, warm, knowledgable, skilled. I will go back. I appreciate the very diverse staff. All staff that I encountered at every level were equally warm and connecting. I will go back.
