5 star for sure with my experience. I was pre authorized before my appointment after a very pleasant online conversation with a very help nice and empathetic doctor. The staff is very friendly willing to go out of there way to help you. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would recommend anybody here. Great experience. 👍

So far I've had to switch MD's because the first one wanted additional documents at the last minute. I missed my appointment, and they have kept my money, but it's honestly a huge relief not having to deal with them anymore.

Some at this company have been helpful and some have been utterly rude. Be careful, they bill under a false company name. This caused a huge problem that I was told was taken care of. They owe me 200.00 and said they refunded it, but my bank told me it was never received. When my husband tried to take care of the problem, he was treated extremely rudely and was hung up on. I’m now out 200.00. Not professional at all. They didn’t explain the process of getting your card correctly. I had to ask for help because I was told I would receive an email with instructions and I did not. At least Ivy was helpful and I was thankful for that. That is the only reason I gave them one star. I will seek out a new provider and let people know how unprofessional this company is.

This was a very relaxed and personable experience. I was worried I was going to get judged and asked all these questions about my diagnosis. But all I had to do was bring and show my documents and go over a little about side effects cannabis may have on me. And it was super quick and easy. I was even early to my appointment and was in and out before my actual appointment time. Highly recommend Green Doc to anyone looking to get their medical card!!!!

It was a nice, smooth process! So far everyone I've spoke with have been very nice! Although had I gotten my paperwork by now, maybe I'm being a bit picky, but 5 days going on 6! Waiting on paperwork I need to send to the dhhr!

Great staff!!! I was only on the phone for 10 minutes at most! I will say I had all medical records, and all documents uploaded the night before, and I’m sure that sped up the process, all in all a fantastic experience! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Terrible service. 3 months after I was approved and paid for a renewal, I'm still waiting on my card. Managers are never available to talk and the employees I have spoken with never follow up as they promise.

I will admit I was Skeptical…how could it be so fast and easy? IT WAS!!! Green Health Docs website was so detailed and easy to understand!
