Love this place. Not because of the medicine. The people that work here really connect with you and talk to you about what you’re getting. I think it’s important to understand what you’re getting and not just randomly pick something. Everything has a purpose. So thanks for the advice on everything y’all. Keep up the great work.

Poor customer service, poor set up all together, little information about products. Update: after talking with a representative via email she did make an honest effort to correct the previous experience and delt with a different sales guy who was better. But still need to address the customer intake problem with the way they serve medical card people above recreational customers first no matter your wait in the waiting room had 10 plus individuals go ahead of others waiting 30 plus mins and watched multiple customers turn and walk out cause of so many people in the waiting area. I get wanting to give the customers appreciation to make them warm and fuzzy so give them a discount or free joints but it should be first come first served. But over all an improvement from last visit. Might try one more time.

I first shopped here when they opened and then again today a year or so later. Nothing has changed. Not user-friendly at all. No kiosk or tablet to look at and choose. Only a piece of paper(under glass) typed up with no prices. Staff seemed to be uninformed about what they were selling and had to ask around about simple stuff like what would be good for pain relief. Very poor selection overall. The concentrate I bought was upside down in the package, which makes a mess inside the jar. I'd rather travel somewhere else than come back here. Oh, the lady was nice, tho. I guess I can't forget that.

Very limited selection very limited pricing not many areas to find a discount honestly if their was more options the 80$ grams would be far more worth it but choosing between like 2 options for a year sucks a lot of the crumbles and stuff are nasty and cheap prolly only worth 10$ a gram but they are up selling right now. You can find concentrate all over Colorado for 10$ a gram that smokes better than this also the workers only 2 of them know their stuff that Sarah chick am the other new guy are idiots with no sense of medical pot knowledge

Logan and the whole crew were very helpful! I had placed an online order as a 1st time customer, the staff were super kind and helped me choose a better option for my needs. They just wanted to make sure I got the best experience. Good looking out yall! I will definitely be back!! Thanks again!!

I just decided I wanted to go check this place out one day...!! It's a really neat place if you are into that sort of stuff! The main thing is that all the workers were VERY cordial and seemed to love working there. Also, I could not get over neat and clean the place is!

I had a wonderful experience. I was waited on by a lady names Elias. She knew the product very well and was able to answer all my questions. Her recommendations were spot on matches for what I was looking for.

For the most part everybody knows what they're doing and knows a lot about a products they're always nice and polite when I go in there

The experience is unlike anything else, very laid back and easy going! The entire staff is well informed and knowledgeable on whichever subject is brought up, if they don’t know they do their absolute best to answer it for you. Tyler & Elia were SUPER when coming in just not in a good mood, mood was better just from the atmosphere yet alone their wonderful help. Many other staff too, but not very god with names… I had wrote their names so I wouldn’t forget!😂🙏🏻

Ashley was a wonderful, she was very quick and attentive. She got everything down to be helpful for a new customer. Super chill and laid back environment. Would 10/10 come again with her !

I am from Minnesota and it was my first time being in a dispensary and Hailey was amazing. She picked me out some great products, had excellent customer service, was very patient with me and super professional. If I ever go through Missouri again I will only go to her 💕. Very kind and beyond helpful, give her a raise she deserves it ✨

It wasn't a bad place. I just prefer a more open floor and a more hands on personal experience. This is more pharmacy style and if you're not a regular or from there it's not very welcoming. Very professional staff. Fair pricing. Easily access from the hwy.

The whole team is amazing. I haven’t had one bad experience in the store yet quick to help you out and make sure you leave happy the security guards are awesome very personable and friendly. They will even open the door for you. Everyone there is awesome special credits to security, very very welcoming 👏 I was checked out by Elia and helped by Choco. Great experience!

The products are fine but the atmosphere is incredibly unprofessional. One of the male managers openly drops F bombs loudly enough to distract not only coworkers but patients as well. It has more of the vibe of a high school locker room than a place of business. However, the nice long haired old man at the front at least gives a warm welcome and is very helpful. Hopefully Good Day Farms agrees and makes improvements! I can’t help but root for my areas only dispensary!

I just received my medical card a week ago and went to the Hannibal location for the first time. I was blown away! The dispensary was very classy and inviting. I'm not very experienced in cannabis and the diffrent strains. Sara was a huge help in explaining the differences and all other questions I had. Thank you Sara for a wonderful first experience!!! I will be back indefinitely!

Sarah was helpful and forthcoming with information! She offered us a descriptive list of ingredients that might cause Rx drug interactions, something I've never seen at any dispensary or boutique before. I used to work in pharmacy, and I know how relatively under-researched these things are, so I appreciate how important that kind of information is. And the $25 eighth was good stuff too! Just wish I lived closer so I could stop in more often. Convenient little road trip stop right next to a gas station. Extensive menu of strains, decent selection of accessories (flavored palm wraps!). And the waiting room TV was shuffling a great playlist of 90s music videos. Check this place out.

I've been to a lot of dispensaries, from Missouri to Illinois and I can say that the staff here at CoCo is very knowledgeable. At first I was surprised there was a wait, but then I understood why...The knowledge and attention to detail they give each customer is top notch and requires that one on one time. Thanks to both gentlemen in the back, and the lovely lady up front. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend anyone going to one of COCOs sign up events if you need medicinal marijuana in Missouri and then give them your business. The staff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They're loyalty program and other discounts are great. Elia is a rockstar budtender and DJ and everyone else's names I can't remember are awesome!
