PLEASE order the waffles here. So light and airy, yet crispy on the outside with the perfect subtle hint of cinnamon. Everything else was fantastic too. Our server was nice and attentive and the food was out fast. Presentation was great. Will be returning.

This was my first visit. We waited about 30 minutes for my party of 6 to get seated; once we were, the rest of the service went well. I ordered grits with my ham and cheese omelet, not knowing how big the portions are. It was all very delicious, but I left extremely full - no fault of the restaurant. It's a brunch-style menu, so if you like breakfast/lunch, this is my recommendation.

A solid week has passed and I am still thinking about those breakfast potatoes. Really great food, service, and location. All around great spot I would visit regularly if I lived in town! It was hard to choose what to eat because the whole menu looked amazing.

First time at First Watch in St. Louis on Euclid. Was greeted right away by friendly staff and seated promptly. Bryce was our waiter and he was amazing. Very attentive, offered some info about his faves. We tried a variety of items from the menu. The breakfast potatoes were excellent! The lemon ricotta pancake with lemon curd was exceptional, another member of our party tried the roast beef and havarti sandwich with cheese grits as a side and they gave it a rave review! The eggs, smoked ham and whole grain toast was good as well! This place was neat and clean! I could go on and on about Bryce! He was the best. Go check it out and ask for Bryce!

Went here on opening weekend and it was our first time at a First Watch. The food was good and made to order. The coffee was fresh and they provided the kettle so you can fill up as you go. The juices were good as well! The menu could have used a bit more options, such as fresh cinnamon rolls or other items, which would have made the experience even better. Overall I would come back.

This is a very solid breakfast/brunch spot. The service was fantastic, and we all enjoyed our food. This is a great place to stop if you’re in the Central West End!

I haven’t been to this location since they 1st opened over a year ago and I wasn’t happy then … but yesterday showed me why I haven’t been back ! The waiter LaWanda was rude . Had an attitude bc I asked for extra powdered sugar for the 2nd time bc I didn’t receive it the 1st time ! The sugar was crunchy hard balls. Just nasty . I didn’t have any syrup for my waffle at the table . I had to wait over 10 mins just to get some by a busser who wasn’t my waiter. By that time waffle cold : She stood at a table and talked/played around for 15 mins without asking me if I needed anything all bc she had an attitude towards me about the sugar . The potatoes were cold and hard. I guess they didn’t wana make anymore since it was after 1 pm closer to close time.

This place is unexpectedly good, I thought it was just a normal breakfast chain. I was recommended by a friend who took his friend from DC to try this place. Well, I admit that this place was not as meh as I thought. We tried some of their breakfast selections and they were fine. Given the environment, service, and quality of food, I’ll say the price is reasonable. I’ll recommend this place if you’re in CWE and if you’ve tried Kingside diner.

Potential to be one of the best restaurants in St. Louis. There were pros and cons to our visit but I overheard that they're a very new restaurant which I'm sure contributed to the cons of our experience. I loved the aesthetic of the place. Felt very modern and clean but still cozy. I really enjoyed my morning meditation juice. I could see coming regularly to pick up juices to go if I lived locally. The menu looked so good but the food was somewhat disappointing. We waited 45 minutes to be seated (it was supposed to be a 20-30 minute wait) and another almost 30 to actually get food. Once we did we were so hungry that we were not about to send our food back but our eggs were underdone in our opinion, and unfortunately so we're our breakfast potatoes. The smoked ham was very good and so was the toast + jam. It was disappointing just because our expectations were so high but I think this restaurant will reach those expectations within their first year.

We tried this place for the first time today. Our waitress, Erica, was great and the food was fantastic, from the taste to the presentation. Prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back.

I definitely thought the place was cute and very packed for a place only a month old! The staff was very nice and attentive. I liked how although we had to wait to be seated in the packed place we didn't wait more than 10 minutes. The food was visually delicious and very good also. The only thing I didn't care for was the salty bacon.

Very good food but the restroom was not clean... I went with a friend for brunch on Sunday. The place was packed and it makes sense. The menu has lots of choices. The food is good. The prices are according to what you receive. The servers are really nice. I especially would like to acknowledge how warm and nice our waitress was. She also recommended very good options. My only real concern was the restroom that was not clean.

I went to this First Watch after trying another one in Virginia. This is so much better. The ambiance is great, with big windows open, and a less crowded feel. The service was really good. I got the eggs Benedict BLT... I loved them.

Best service I have had in a long time! The food was excellent and you must try the million dollar bacon. The waffles were fantastic and so were the potatoes. The juice was amazing and food was brought out in a quickly and timely manner. I will be back hopefully soon.

We had reserved a table for 6, sorry, we were on a wait list for a table for 6. Didn't wait long. Has a good-sized menu, with plenty of good options. Service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This place is actually pretty great but it gets really busy and there's nowhere to park or sit so you have to get there early. The staff provides excellent service. The food is good.

Everytime I go to First Watch, I get the Tri-Fecta! But today, I grabbed some soup and salad and it was sooo good! I tried the Caramel Iced Coffee and it was great!!

Fantastic food - and I highly recommend the carrot cake pancakes or lemon ricotta pancakes. We also got the million dollar bacon that has brown sugar, maple syrup and cayenne pepper that is so good! Service is a little slow but the food and location are great.

I love First Watch. This was my first time at this specific location. Was promptly greeted and asked if I could sit near a plug as I had work to do and they accommodated. My waitress’ name was Taylor and her smile and kindness just lit up the whole place. She was patient and really walked me through some of the amazing seasonal options although I usually get The Traditional. She encouraged me to try something new. I did. I got the trifecta with the lemon ricotta pancake and hot tea. Food was good, service was good, go check out this First Watch!

These cooks need better sanitary rules put in place it’s ridiculous that I found hair on my toast!! All they did was get me another piece of toast… i find it very unprofessional that these restaurants are trusted and paid to cook food for us and yet they can’t seem to keep hair out of my food! This isn’t the first time. We spent over $100 and weren’t even offered a discount after me finding hair on my food. My girlfriend ordered some potatoes with her food and asked for them extra crispy and when they brought them out they were soft, mushy, and cold. She finished her whole meal and never received her potatoes they were supposed to remake. I would not recommend this place. Definitely wasn’t worth the 45 min wait. Everytime I go out to eat I realize I need to just start cooking at home! Update I wrote that review while eating my bowl I got to the end of my food and found ANOTHER HAIR IM LIVID. It’s clearly not the same hair. Where are the HAIRNETS!!!??? Do they even wash their hands after they use the restroom? Do they sneeze and cough in the food?

After spending a long sleepless night with my wife at Barnes ER, we were recommended to try this place. This was by far the best breakfast I've had! The staff is extremely friendly, Kat made us feel very welcome and we appreciate her. The food was very flavorful and prepared perfectly! If you're looking for a good place to eat, this is the place you need to visit! Thank you First Watch for the wonderful dining experience

Very good French toast. The ice coffee was OK. Would have liked more options for the coffee such as a latte or a cappuccino.

Absolutely love this place, went twice in two days. Friday I ordered Lemon Ricotta pancakes - FANTASTIC and Saturday I got the sweet Waffle. Again. Incredible. Very tasty and big portions, will be coming back again 🫶🏻

We had breakfast here. Nothing wrong with the food, but it wasn't exceptional by any means. My French Toast could have used more fruit/ compote, and maybe some whipped cream. My wife's omelet was also okay. The mushrooms were a little tough. The omelet was better when you combined a bite of them with a bite of the salty potatoes.
