visited
today
(1/7/24)
the
McDonald’s
Jerudong
drive-through
and
ordered
2
Ayam
Goreng
McD,
specifically
requesting
both
pieces
to
be
drumsticks.
I
confirmed
this
request
with
the
staff
member
at
the
window,
who
checked
the
paper
bag
(as
they
were
out
of
boxes)
and
assured
me
that
my
order
included
two
drumsticks.
However,
upon
reaching
home,
I
discovered
that
there
were
no
drumsticks
in
my
order.
This
is
the
second
time
I
have
encountered
this
issue,
and
it
raises
concerns
about
the
communication
and
attentiveness
of
the
staff.
My
intention
is
not
to
complain
unnecessarily,
but
I
believe
it
would
have
been
more
helpful
if
the
staff
member
had
informed
me
that
drumsticks
were
unavailable
and
offered
an
alternative,
such
as
waiting
for
the
next
batch
to
be
cooked.
Clear
communication
in
such
situations
is
crucial
for
customer
satisfaction.
I
hope
that
this
feedback
will
be
taken
into
consideration
to
improve
staff
training
and
enhance
the
overall
customer
experience
at
McDonald’s
Jerudong.
