Loved everything about cafe yehoshua. Loved the atmosphere, the service, the English breakfast with mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, potatoes and fried eggs, and of course delicious sausages. The benidict breakfast was also good. Last of all the music was perfect

The Pepperoni in the Egg’s Benedict was very salty. The dish has a lot of cream sauce.

A cozy non-kosher cafe in Rehavia, Jerusalem with high quality homemade food, pleasant ambiance and smiling waitresses. They have a business lunch 👉 order the main course and get the first one for free. Discount on beer and wine during a lunch. #foodinisrael #restinisrael #lenarestrecall #едавизраиле #ленагидизраиль_еда

Visited during May 2023, circa 21:00. The place was crowded - you need to have a prior reservation, good sign for quality. They have sittings inside, outside and at the bar. Service an food is great. Highly recommended for a night mingling in Jerusalem.

The service is nice and attentive. They have a kids manu and some colors for the kids to draw with, which is nice. We got the recommended schnitzel and the Philly Cheese Steak and loved the latter much better, although the portions aren't big

The perfect place. I was in charge of finding the night’s fare in Jerusalem and was looking for a light menu with drinks….Cafe Yehoshua more than delivered! Inventive and delicious cocktails (Pink Lady which is on the dry side & Spicy Margarita-both fabulous!), shrimp in a garlic broth with vibrant tomatoes for an entree, veggie bowl and the chicken schnitzel. All delivered by lovely staff in a warm venue. This is a neighborhood gem as evidenced by the eclectic mix of patrons that streamed in over time. I was drawn by a review that mentioned a light menu but they left out the decadent desserts….bring more friends or enjoy alone with stretchy pants🤭 but don’t miss out on this incredible cafe!

One word: Shakshuka. If the rest of the menu is anywhere near as good as the shakshuka was, you are in for a treat! Cafe Yehoshua staff were great. I was enjoying the shakshuka so much I was worried I was making noises similar to the ones Meg Ryan was making in When Harry met Sally! Cafe Yehoshua gets multiple stars, or whatever the scale is! Cosy place with great food. We found it by chance in Google Maps and enjoyed very much having a lunch there. They have gluten free buns and kids menu.

We chose this restaurant on a whim as we walked down the road from the Prima Kings hotel, and it was worth it! The mini sized breakfast is large enough! Delicious food, good service and great music playing in the background.

A nice cousy place with a nice vibe in the morning with chill vibe of the local students and a nice and couzy place to seat and relax with coffe before a big day. At night the vibe changes and it is more of a bar then a caffe. You can come and have a good dinner with pretty good food and nice music. Had fun. And will come again..

We had to wait for about 20 minutes to be served, but after that everything went well and the waitress was kind. I liked the vibe of the restaurant, it feels fun and young. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed every dish :)

Food is always great, and so is the vibe. It can be busy during lunch, so a reservation is recommended.

Hip place compared to all the boring falafel shops in Jerusalem. Reminds me of places back in Canada where us cool guys eat wearing our Blundstones. Schnitzel sandwich was good.

Asides the Phili Cheese stake that was delicious, my partner and I chose the wonderful Zucchini and Artichoke salad which was a good surprise. For desert a yummi Apple crumble with great vanilla ice cream.

Pancakes were pretty good. The syrup was super thick as was the creame they give you. But this satisfied my sweet tooth.

Another great place to while away an afternoon. They are closed for Shabbat (close early afternoon Friday, open late evening Saturday) but good wine selection and decent food.

Very good restaurant with a nice vibe, but we had to wait about 15 minutes for service. Afterwards the food was served quickly. And is was delicious!

Really nice place. Not noisy, calm atmosphere. The service was good, it didn't take too long for the order to be served. I ordered a medium cheeseburger and it was very good. There is no much places to park though, so you have to park 5-10 minutes away or get there by public transportation.

A nice place with pleasant service and atmosphere. The food is classic - good.

An intimate atmosphere, very cozy. A good verity of dishes for every palate. Original venue that manages to avoid the clichés served in any other cafe. Not kosher, which is a rare find in Jerusalem. Loved the handmade sausages dish. The Portuguese wine was excellent.

Great spot. We read this neighborhood was very nice & as we were walking around visiting, I saw a couple eating pizza at a cafe who appeared friendly & were speaking American style English. Although my wife hates it when I spontaneously talk to others, I asked them for a restaurant recommendation. They said Cafe Yehoshua & we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh & flavorful & the apple crumble desert topped things off well. I had an Israeli red wine which was the best glass of the trip. Nice to have a relaxing & healthy meal outside the tourist zone.

Great service and atmosphere! We were surprised by how kid friendly the place was since it's vibe is young and hip. The dishes were delicious and very generous, and the menu had a wide range of choices

A very cozy place with an excellent variety of food, suitable for everyone- meat, dairy and vegan. Their hamburger and sausage are finger-licking delicious! Tiny disadvantage- the prices are relatively high. But then again, the food is of high quality and it's definitely worth the money. Well done!

Amazing food! Waitress was so pleasant! I told the waitress I wanted two things so she helped me find a mini option for the pancakes. So kind and very attentive. I saw great reviews for this cafe so I had to come and they were correct! If you are in Jerusalem come here :)

Great service & good vibe. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had (great crunch & flavor). Loved the bar vibe & attentive staff

For Jerusalmites, Cafe Yehoshua is a culinary institute. Whether you dine in or order a delivery, the food is rich and tasty. The place is very pleasant. Good service. Even their deliveries were always on time, hot and delicious, comforting many locals. Don't miss their Schnitzels.
