The location is of course ideal, all the city's sights are within walking distance or can be reached quickly by public transport. The reception is always manned and the staff is friendly. The rooms are absolutely fine in terms of facilities and are clean. Safe, TV, a clean and spacious bathroom are available. You don't hear the noise of the streets, it is really very quiet. The breakfast is okay. The price-performance ratio is absolutely good. If you want to spend a few days in Jerusalem and explore the city, this hotel is the right choice.

Absolutely disgusting treatment during my lengthy stay at this hotel last month. I was scandalously robbed in my own room. They left my wallet with only $1 bills to make me think I still had my money. Yet they robbed over $200 straight from my wallet during room service. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I am not the first and won’t be the last. I reported this crime and both the reception and the hotel managers did absolutely NOTHING about it. They didn’t even contact me to update me on the course of the supposed “investigation” which they never did. Disgusting attitude, robbery and I strongly recommend you choose a different hotel right away. Check other comments from the past, I am not the only one who has been robbed here in such an outlandish way. Please make them pay the price by not staying here and choosing a different hotel, if you’re reading this. Thanks

Super small rooms. Bathroom are like a coat closet. Similar to cruise ship bathrooms. At night on level 3 you can still hear people outside on the streets. Our rooms decor was pictures of peas very odd décor choice. Mini fridge that looks like a mirror.

PROS: I found the rooms to be well stocked with amenities, spacious and presenting with a modern feel. The staff I interacted with were wonderful and they went out of their way to acknowledge your accor membership status. The hotel was not too far from the local tram network and there were plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets within a 30 second walk. CONS: The hotel isn't in a great location if you are a light sleeper. The hotel is situated right next to a bustling street and the windows do not offer the best insulation.

Terrible hotel stayed here with a family. They had overbooked and charged us for a deluxe room but gave us a standard room. Then the audacity of one of the female staff to stare at us and rudely ask what we were doing in the hotel and when I told her we were guests she looked surprised. Have messaged to complain no reply very poor customer service and rude staff.

I was totally satisfied with my recent stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Staff was competent and friendly. The location can't be beat. And any hotel that offers pizza as an option for breakfast is a winner in my book! Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was Ok i would say, it was room 211, the great thing about it was the Balcony. However, as a Platinum Accor member, i received absolutely no “special welcome neither gift”. On my checkout day, I even received a call at 11:44am to ask me where i was as i was supposed to check-out at 11:00am… But when i did my check-in nobody informed me about check-out time at 11:00am, and anyway, as Platinum member i should be entitled to late checkout for free… This hotel under the brand of Ibis Styles is very expensive for what you get honestly; but it seems that this is how it is in all Israël… My advice will be that Staff should give more recognition and attention to Loyal Accor Clients from my point of view.

Small rooms!!! but loved the 2 bedrooms with queen in 1 room and twin beds in other. Small bathroom with shower. Good AC in both rooms! On a pedestrian street, so taxi stops 1 block away. Convenient to restaurants. Would stay here again. Only negative: towels needed updating

Location, location, location. Nice hotel next to Zion Square. Situated right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and night life. So a great place for tourists. It is also a 15 minute walk from Jaffa gate and the old city. It is a nice hotel but in no way a luxury hotel. Rooms are nice and modern with everything you need but SMALL. I took their large family two room suite. King bed in one and two twins in the other. The room was nice but all it had were the beds. No sofa. No desk. No place to spread out. The breakfast spread was excellent. Great buffet choices. I recommend it. So great place to stay but don’t expect luxury. And the staff were very nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for a honeymoon and it was basic, clean, and a good location. I gave a one star review for customer service directed at management and not staff on location. They insisted we needed our physical passport with us and charged us a VAT fee that they claimed could be refunded at the airport. They would not accept a digital copy even though the next hotel did, which was a lot more luxurious. When we tried to get the refund at the airport, they denied us so we tried calling the provided numbers at the hotel for help on the website and the agents either hung up on us or the numbers did not work. This is not about the money anymore but you should be professional and not hang up on customers and tell them false information. They have not even answered my email from last week. Again, the front staff was kind and professional and the one star was not intended for them.

I do not tend to write bad reviews on almost anything but after staying for 4 nights, I leave with such bad taste. I had money stolen from the safe that was locked on day 2 and the front desk was of no help. Whoever took money was “smart enough” to not take everything but just a few bills of each pack I had. They recommended to file a police report but did nothing to actually help me. It looks like they are all working as a team to steal from people as little as they can so that guests don’t realize it. Will definitely not be coming back and Ibis should really take into consideration this terrible behavior from management/employees.

The hotel is in a central location, just a two minute walk from a light rail station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and the decor was very modern. My only complaint was that we could not turn on the air conditioner - the only options were off or heat. It was the winter, which makes sense, but I am a warm sleeper. The only blankets available were the very warm down blankets, but staff were kind enough to provide a sheet. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Ibis is normally OK - medium plus hotel, sometimes some hotel needs a bit of refreshing... Here : waooo all new, with good personal, very good breakfast on almost highest floor. Place is close to Yehudah so Mamilla just few hundred meters. Only drawback : no agreement with any parking around, many places to park not all with clear tariffs... Why not to close 2 or 3 agreement tor hosts with different standards .

Not our first time at the hotel. Excellent location. Walking distance to plenty of sites or public transportation very close to the hotel. Rooms are according to Ibis standard : clean, comfortable room, with the basic amenities. Breakfast excellent (don't expect meat items) For sure we'll be back!

Great location. Easy to walk to The Old City and The Wall. Convenient to a little coffee shop downstairs in the mall. "Coffex". Good coffee and excellent soup.

Rooms are 8 feet wide by 12 feet wide. Cramped, small small. One chair. Extremely small table and bathroon. Lots of hot water. No sheet changes. Dingy towels but changed daily.

Staff very friendly. Location on Ben Yehuda Street makes you feel part of city life . . . Street music and hussle. Alayan, second floor manager, made us feel extra welcome. Nothing he would not do to assist! Jessica and Mouhamed at the breakfast table were extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast was brilliant! Great variety . . . and fresh pizza every morning. We will highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and the experience was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The standard room is just the right size for one person and it has very vibrant interiors. The breakfast had limited options but I liked the available food during my stay. The hotel is very accessible, it’s is at the center of many shops, restos and it is also near the train station. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel and I highly recommend staying in this place.

Nice location and helpful staff. It’s about a ten minute walk from old town Jerusalem and there’s plenty of food options and right around the hotel. The only thing is that it can be a little loud at night but in some sense that’s also the reason why it has a good location

Clean, modern hotel with very good breakfast and dinner buffet. May be quite difficult to access for people with compromised mobility because motor vehicles cannot drive right to the front entrance and the walkways are rough, uneven surfaces. Hotel staff are very helpful.

Location is good with the main tourist sites & good places to eat nearby, the hotel staff themselves were friendly and helpful but personally found the vacinity to not be the "warmest" part of town. Got a balcony room with street view and its very noisy till about midnight, if you want to sleep get rooms away from the street. Otherwise good value for the location and room quality in a generally expensive city

Rooms are clean and simple, providing a comfortable bed and a shower with strong pressure. We requested a room change after the first night due to considerable noise for many hours during the night, which was due to the kitchen being above our room (703). Once we were moved farther down floor 7, it was much better. However, guests can still hear considerable brief noise from above, which is the restaurant. The sound of chairs sliding back and forth in the above-floor’s restaurant is noisy. The hotel would benefit from sound insulation between floor 7 and 8. Location is IDEAL if you want to be in the middle of the activity, which is a lot of fun and convenient. You can also walk to the Old City in about 15 minutes. I’d recommend providing washcloths and bar soap for the shower to improve guest experience.

Good service....right there in the heart of it all! Laundromat about 4 min away. Great breakfast and kind staff! Our first night we walked into our room and it had a horrible cigarette smell! Went to talk to the front desk Manager and he immediately switched the room and even gave us drink vouchers for the bar!! Very accommodating. Clean and simple rooms! The photos are not doing the room justice ..but I'm tired and to that's all I could take right now!!!

Great hotel, perfect location and amazing breakfast with a lot of choice and different options every day. Fast answers from the staff before my stay. Nice staff at the hotel. I would book it again if I visit Jerusalem again. Close to the old city by foot, and just a few blocks away from the great Mahane Yehuda market.

Smallish rooms, but adequate for solo travelers or couples. Clean and modern. Nice breakfast buffet with a view on the 8th floor.

A half-year-old hotel, the most central location in the city, is on a pedestrian mall full of shops and restaurants between the Mahane Yehuda market and the Mamilla complex. Relatively small but cozy and clean room, clean shower and very comfortable bed. Breakfast really excellent and rich. Recommended Recommended Recommended.

Location is fantastic for pretty much anything. Rooms are ok, though they lack plugs which is not ideal for working. Breakfast is subpar with cold eggs no to order food. Service is blah. Overall if it's bad weather is an ok place otherwise I would stay away

Very good location, in the middle of Ben Yehuda Street, a few minutes by walk to the western wall and market, you have a train station near to go to the many places.

  • 3/5 Max S. 1 year ago on Google
Biggest positives are location and price. However, rooms are quite loud due to the street below but the AC works as decent white noise. Overall rooms are minimal but satisfactory and bed isn’t bad. However, they are a bit sketch in terms of charging you for the quoted price - if you’re exempting from VAT, make sure you have documentation on you and you should know how much you should be paying.

I tested positive for covid 19 and contacted them and they won't give me a refund. They would rather I stay at the hotel and give the other visitors covid. They just want your money and their customer service is terrible. Don't stay here unless you're desperate. Edit - they finally gave the refund but as you can see from the response, their service is quite poor and unlike most companies that make exceptions they are very difficult to work with. My airline and other hotels which were also non refundable, gave the refund quickly without difficulty. Just be prepared for poor customer service.

Exceptional customer service. Judith called us in advance of our trip to offer help with the reservation. The hotel was very helpful in accommodating changes in light of a difficult circumstance. Thank you so much.

very positive experience. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, definitely 10/10 and the room was comfortable and quite spacious. Very kind staff at the reception and at the restaurant. The hotel is located in a very good spot, near the main transport tram and not far from the Old City and the Jerusalem Station. Jaffa Street is just out of the door. The location is perfect and accessible The only problem is that the cleaning ladies are lazy, they only do your bed and change towels, they change the toilet paper even if it's not needed. They Don't vacuum the floor nor change the cups and remove the dust. If you're staying for more than 2 nights they kind of clean the room only if you absolutely trash it. The cleaning ladies clean the room PROPERLY AND FULLY only when the guests check out, cuz when you check in, it's immaculate and spotless. But aside that, it's a very positive experience. There are also restaurants, cafès, mini markets and souvenir shops in the street. My favourite thing ever about the hotel is the delicious breakfast. Sublime. Oh and on Saturday mornings at the breakfast table there is a delicious salmon. Try it.

I would like to give a review here, but upon arrival we were told that "due to a technical error" there was no room for us and that we had to go to the other (cheaper and low-quality) Ibis hotel in Jerusalem. While we booked and paid a room in the Ibis Styles hotel. Terrible service.

  • 2/5 Eva V. 2 years ago on Google
We reserved a room with balcony but got one without (to their defense they refunded us with the difference). Room was very clean and good shower, but the rest was awful: One towle had stains on it. The room was extremely hot at night on a winter day, and the ac didn't have a cooling mode option. The sheets were just not quality ones. We were on the highest floor and some of the street noise still got through the closed window. Definitely not coming back.

  • 5/5 Luca C. 1 year ago on Google
Lower floors are noisy and no view but it is ok. Perfect to stay 3-4 days. Location is amazing. The support for any special requests is AMAZING!

  • 5/5 Noga R. 2 years ago on Google
It was just the right amount of everything. Comfy room and bed, modern design and lovely staff. On check out we had a problem with the car so they were kind enough to help with another hour in the room with the kids until everything was solved. Glad to say that once again, Ibis chain never failed us. Highly recommended!
