Just writing this review so patrons of this hotel can be aware, my watch was stolen from this hotel room. I contacted management and staff and they said they did an investigation with no outcome. They also stopped responding to me. Also the safe never worked in the closet and I had asked staff twice to fix it, but nobody did. So I was never able to place my watch in the safe. I’m very upset as it was a very sentimental piece of jewelry from me. Please be aware before booking this hotel.

I was here for my graduation day of M.A in biblical Hebrew. Thank God, i was completed successfully by the Grace of loving and living God, Jesus Christ. it is very good atmosphere we can see all city from the Fifth floor. We have last dinner here with our professors, President and other working staff. Very good service has been provided. I like this place....

Very nice hotel, clean with large rooms. The free breakfast is very good. Great cappuccinos! Has the usual twin beds which should be updated to queen or king size beds. Close to the Old City, about a block and a half away. Light rail is about 100 feet away.

My review is for the hookah (Shisha) and not for the hotel. There’s a small restaurant/ bar in front of the hotel (still inside the property) that has hookah. Great smoke, great price (10 ILS = 11 USD in June 2023). They closed at 11pm on Saturday night.

I loved my stay here,The rooms were so comfortable,as were the beds. The staff were very polite, courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection of delicious food to choose from and great coffee. We ate at night in the hotel’s restaurant in the garden courtyard. The standard of the food was excellent.Everything I had was mouth watering!I am gluten intolerant and they looked after me and made me special salads, sauces and dishes I could eat, with my intolerances. The grilled chicken dishes and lemon and mint drink were stand-outs.The hotel is within easy walking distance to the entrance of the Old City, via Damascus Gate.A great position in Jerusalem to stay. There is a very large carpark directly across the road too,so perfect for parking your rental car.I would definitely stay here again, when visiting Jerusalem again.A great find.

Me and my friends was at the restaurant not the hotel so the review is about the restaurant. The food was very good and delicious. The service was great. I recommend it.

Special thanks to Ali in the reception for an excellent and professional customer services. Hotel food is generally ok but the food here is definitely one of the best I ever had in hotels. Brilliant chef - good job

Location is very good, near Babb el Amood and the old city. Breakfast is good enough. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bathroom little bit small. No free parking . ( 40 ₪ ) a day near by.

This is a most fine boutique hotel in the midst of Jerusalem. It’s difficult to see from a street view because of all the beautiful landscaping! A highlight was dining there over looking Jerusalem and having coffee and desert with new Israeli friends out on the balcony. I believe this was my best meal in Jerusalem in a luxurious and beautiful discrete location with an awesome view over Jerusalem !

It’s an ok hotel. Neighborhood is not that nice, and though considered central, I’d say it’s about a 30 minutes walk to lively places like Machne Yehuda and the midtown bars (light train stop is a 5 minutes walk). The hotel is very modest. The room was very basic and small, but clean. Breakfast was not tasty at all. Free parking is nice (leave the car and take either the light train or a taxi).

I'm rating the restaurant/cafe only, I haven't stayed at the hotel. So that being said the restaurant location is attractive. The atmosphere inside during winter time is cold but they have the mushroom heaters. Argileh is not that good, and staff aren't the friendliest. During the summer, there is an outside eating area and it is a bit more crowded as there aren't many other options in the part of the city.

This hotel is not the best but is probably the best value for the dollar (sheckel) we had in the middle east. It is clean, safe, and comfortable in a great location just outside the Damacas Gate to the old City. The concierge staff was beyond excellent. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfasts were great.

Service was absolutely top. Complimentary water at the start of the visit together with fruit. The staff members were fantastic with helping transport our luggage to our rooms and with helping us settle in. The receptionist was really friendly. The rooms were very cosy, spacious and comfortable. Room service was really good too. They cleaned very well everyday. It wasn't super busy so the lifts were always free. The restaurant area was smart with lots of food options. Although staff didn't like us turning up at 9.30am (breakfast finishes at 10am) and let us know this through their rude manner. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. My only gripe is that there is no ramp to access the hotel, just a set of stairs which meant we had to carry all 28 pieces of luggage up and then down the steps when we checked in and out. The hotel really needs to make a ramp. Besides that, no complaints. We loved it.

I have to say first that the service was amazing . The food was the best and the restaurant on the fifth floor is a must to dine in. You will enjoy the experience of fresh tasty food with a 3D view of Jerusalem. Also the location is very convenient whether you want to visit holy places or shop around in the old city- it’s all at a waking distance. Another thing is if you are planning to go on a tour they also help organize it for you. I will never forget our stay at the Legacy hotel highly recommend it!
