Walking in the aroma of fresh coffee lingered in the air. Having craving coffee all day I was super excited to see a barista behind the Starbucks counter. “Hey are y’all open?!” I asked “ugh yea” she groaned. The dread in her voice was so apparent it made me laugh. Funny thing is four other people walked up to place an order to. 😂 My White Chocolate Mocha was great and hit the spot! After shopping for a bit I had to visit the potty..... While I was using the bathroom an employee knocked on the door like three different times. I knew it was an employee because I could hear their radio goin off. I could tell they wanted me to hurry so they could check off the “clean the bathroom” box on their todo list. During my visit I came in contact with several employees and not one of them smiled, greeted me, nothing well the one guy bout ran over me with his big buggy thingy lol “I said oops sorry” and got outta his way. He kept plowing down the isle doin his thang. While ringing my stuff out at the self checkout I changed my mind on an item. The lady came over and she was so sweet, friendly and helped me right away! I noticed she was super friendly to her fellow employees and that was awesome to. 👍🏻😃 I have worked retail for years and still do today. Y’all a little friendliness goes a looong way. I love Target and shop there every chance I get (we don’t have one where I live) I know the holidays are stressful but at least smile and your customers say hello.

Good, clean store, friendly checkout person was great. Sure even returned my silly humor. There was a great sale on red wine vinegar. Most of the grocery prices seemed on par or maybe a touch higher than others. Quality looked good on produce. There was just nothing about the store that made me really need to go back. Nothing by any means that would keep me away.

My kids and I absolutely love Target. We love it. The makeup selection, toys, home goods, etc. are always great. However, if you are looking for the latest style in clothes or something in particular this is not the place to shop. Target needs to do better when it comes to trendy clothes! This would make the experience great. What clothes they do have are overpriced. I can go to Abercrombie and buy shirts that are almost identical to those at Target for the same price, but better quality and prettier. I feel like Target doesn’t really even follow trends, they kinda have their own style and it’s definitely not for me and mine. Target is also a store that you can not shop at and get out of quickly. The lines are always too long for the amount of cashiers and self checkouts that are available. It seems to always be chaotic. Many times I have drove hours away to buy something in particular, just to be disappointed bc it is out of stock. Every Target I have ever shopped at is always a mess. Regardless, I can say their employees, except for a select few are always wonderful. I have always met and spoke with several employees at Target that are kind and willing to do their job. Of course there has been one or two that have had bad attitudes or seem to rather be elsewhere, but we all have those days. With all this said. We Love Target, but would love to see a better selection in a few departments and better checkout times. Hope this helps. Best of luck babes.

The customer service provided by the cashier named Vern was outstanding!!! He went above and beyond all expectations as a cashier as he took the time to answer my questions all while being fast and courteous. It has been a long time since I've received such great customer service, I greatly appreciate his efforts!

I love placing orders at Target its ready 2 hours or less! I am able to pick up things I need for dinner, items I run low on. I love it when they have the gift card if you buy three cleaning items! Everyone else, you needed a minimum and a time slot!

My son and I just shopped there tonight. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! There were shoes, clothes and merchandise strewn in the aisles and on the shelves. It looked like the store had been through an earthquake or a riot! It was horrendous and very VERY disappointing. Every single customer who passed me were also talking about the terrible and shockingly disorganized state the entire store was in. I took video but can't post it here. HOWEVER, we did purchase a few TShirts and our cashier, Ashleigh, was amazing! Super nice and very helpful! Thank you Ashleigh and you deserve a better workplace! Shame on you Target.

I love Target! The store is always organized, clean, and the products available are always what I'm looking for. Love their clothes too! Sometimes, products are a little more expensive than what I am willing to pay, but it's rare.

This Target is always so clean and so nice. I love shopping here! Employees are friendly and actually know where things are! Best I've ever been to.

When I entered the store, two workers were present, friendly and helped me get to the Online Pickup. I saw the sign, stood in front of the counter and waited. One woman was waiting on customers in the customer service line. In a few, a young woman came from somewhere behind the counter and started helping people, looked over at me and said I needed to get in the Customer Service Line. I did but responded, "That's not what the sign says." She was rather surly. I ended up with the other woman who also was surly. I was rather pleasant but got nothing but a flat response. I think I understand why Target is having financial difficulty. Don't think I'll be returning.

I went through self checkout, and some of the in store specials didn't show up. A Target employee was there immediately, to correct the mistake, and send me on my way. I really appreciated that.

Came to pick up a drive up order I had purchased. Got there to find that the item was absolutely crushed. Literally the employee handed it to me without any word, had I not looked in the bag before pulling out of the curbside spot it would have ruined our day, as the item picked up was going to be a birthday gift. In what world is it okay to sell an item that is absolutely falling out of the packaging and the packaging is irreparably crushed, looks like it was stepped on and thrown around 32 times, etc? I just don’t understand. Quality control. At best, this item should have been HEAVILY discounted, but as it was going to be a gift, I had to return it and go find a comparable item. The fact that they delivered this to my car is crazy to me. Every corner was crushed and even though the item was secured to the bottom with this plastic, it still felt like the item was not secured to/in the box. I guess the kids doing curbside want people to never use the service again, so they destroy the items? I just don’t understand how this made it to a customer for full price.

1st time here! We came around 8 pm on a Tuesday night and it was busy. There was only one check lane open and the u scans had people waiting in a line. Tons of parking available. We got what we needed and left. Starbucks is on the inside.

It’s Target- what’s not to love! They have almost everything you could want at really good prices. I’m super spoiled by the drive-up service now. I can order anything, and it’ll be ready in 2 hours. They just bring it to your car for free! I have noticed they’ve seemed short staffed lately, but everywhere is like that since the pandemic, I think.

Needs employees. Clothing department was a mess. Community deserves better from this store. Enough with pallets everywhere during mid days when people are around. Company cared about appearance at one time, sure miss those days. Put the little bit of employees you have, back in all red shirts.

I made an online order that wasn’t ready when I went by to pick it up. That was fine, but they made me cancel the order and repay for it in the store since I arrived before it was ready. It wasn’t a busy time of day for the store and there were plenty of people that could’ve filled the order without having 2 pending charges on my account. Target seems to fail in their online order system on a common basis. The last time I made an order with this location, they cancelled it the following day because they ran out of the item I was trying to purchase before they could fill the order. The staff is also generally catty and rude. To management, it would be wise to remind your employees that while the customer is not always right (though in this case, I was) that they *work* at Target, customers are shopping in the store to make their paychecks and expect a proper shopping experience.

Every time i go here, food is expired. Not even by a couple weeks or months. I’m talking 6+ months old. Very disgusting. Target as a whole is going downhill very quickly.
