Tool rental price is outrageous. Definitely going to home Depot or Lowe's next time. Service is rude and dismissive

If you have any issues go speak directly to the owner asap and he will work something out for you, such as making an adjustment with rental cost,or reschedule & possibly shift the scheduled hours listed on the original rental agreement to better suit your situation depending on the current circumstances.

Had issues with a drain snake no refund was offered. I was told they would order a new snake and in a week or so I would be able to re-rent it. Unhappy with that solution the owner reluctantly offered me the next size up snake. To my surprise when I returned the equipment I was charged for both snakes. The sign outside usually has a christian themed motto, so maybe practice what you preach?

Grand Rental Station is a great place for anything you need to rent. I have rented floor sanders, floor nailers, grass seeder, bobcats and more from Shawn. He has always been honest and easy to work with. Don't forget to get your car washed while you are there. You will not be disappointed. Grand Rental is a great business with a great owner and I will rent from Shawn again.

The Grand Rental in Scottsburg IN has the friendly small town customer service but the selection of a big city rental store. The owner is friendly, helpful and always fair. If you're in the area, you need to get a car wash there too. It does an impressive job.

They no longer have the 3 hour rentals. So had to pay $90 to rent a jackhammer for 30 mins. And now closed sat so you have to pay for all weekend if you rent on Fri.

Best equipment in town. Lots of new loaders, bobcats, excavators, mini-terramite backhoes, and heard they have great specials on inflatable bounce houses! Great weekend specials. I know the owner, honest guy.
