1/5 Jim Lewis I. 2 years ago on Google
I
wasn't
seen
until
almost
a
hour
past
my
appointment
time.
I
was
then
roomed
and
told
by
the
nurse
that
they
did
not
have
my
records,
the
purpose
of
the
appointment
was
to
go
over
results
of
a
heart
monitor
I
had
worn
several
weeks
prior.
I
made
this
appointment
3
weeks
prior
to
my
appointment
date
I
even
ask
if
I
need
to
have
my
records
sent
and
was
told
no
they
would
take
care
of
that.
After
waiting
in
the
exam
room
Dr.
Qazi
comes
in
asking
the
same
questions
that
I
had
filled
out
in
hard
copy
as
well
as
online
prior
to
my
appointment
date
obviously
he
had
not
taken
a
few
minutes
to
review
that
before
seeing
me
.
It
was
clear
that
he
was
in
a
hurry
even
standing
up
with
his
hand
on
the
door
handle
and
I
had
to
tell
him
I
have
more
questions
and
show
him
bruising
on
my
foot
from
a
severe
leg
cramp.
He
walked
me
down
the
hall
to
have
a
blood
clot
test
performed
which
this
took
another
hour
before
being
seen.
4
working
days
later
I
have
not
been
contacted
about
the
test
results
so
I
called
the
office
today
to
have
them
faxed
to
my
family
doctor.
I
had
to
leave
a
message
for
this
and
as
of
the
end
of
day
today
the
test
results
have
not
been
received
by
my
family
doctor.
While
the
staff
I
have
spoken
with
have
all
been
very
friendly,
polite,
and
professional
I
feel
that
I
was
just
another
billable
appointment
for
Dr.
Qazi.
He
may
be
a
great
doctor
and
others
may
have
had
much
better
experiences
than
I
but
I
have
made
an
appointment
with
another
practice
and
cardiologist
and
hope
for
a
much
better
experience.
