I wasn't seen until almost a hour past my appointment time. I was then roomed and told by the nurse that they did not have my records, the purpose of the appointment was to go over results of a heart monitor I had worn several weeks prior. I made this appointment 3 weeks prior to my appointment date I even ask if I need to have my records sent and was told no they would take care of that. After waiting in the exam room Dr. Qazi comes in asking the same questions that I had filled out in hard copy as well as online prior to my appointment date obviously he had not taken a few minutes to review that before seeing me . It was clear that he was in a hurry even standing up with his hand on the door handle and I had to tell him I have more questions and show him bruising on my foot from a severe leg cramp. He walked me down the hall to have a blood clot test performed which this took another hour before being seen. 4 working days later I have not been contacted about the test results so I called the office today to have them faxed to my family doctor. I had to leave a message for this and as of the end of day today the test results have not been received by my family doctor. While the staff I have spoken with have all been very friendly, polite, and professional I feel that I was just another billable appointment for Dr. Qazi. He may be a great doctor and others may have had much better experiences than I but I have made an appointment with another practice and cardiologist and hope for a much better experience.

The doctors and physician assistants provide excellent and compassionate care. Can't say enough how good they are. That being said, the business/administrative side is the absolutely worst I have ever encountered in a medical practice. Mindful of the burden of federal, state, and legal.burdens a practice endures, this practice's administration places patients lives at jeopardy. I remain a patient only because of the doctor's excellent care.

Great staff! I trust Dr Eres 110% and he has a great sense of humor 😊. Everyone is friendly and efficient, just wish he were closer to my home. He does visit local clinics though, office is needed for procedures and tests. Highly recommend to all💞

I have been a PT of Dr. Avechai Eres for at least 3-4 years. I was admitted to Lexington Clinic East ER because my BP was rather high. The admitting Dr told me Dr. Eres would be in and I could speak with him at that time. It was quite humorous because Dr. Eres said well they said there's a 50 some years old woman I need to see. I said that would be me. He said I wasn't his idea of a 50 year old (he made me laugh). I felt at ease and in expert hands. He spoke with me about what BP meds he would start me on and how he would tweek it if medicine caused me to feel any negative affects such as dizziness, low pulse/BP. I thought it was also very good of him to speak with me about how certain meds this one in particular would be worth trying to regulate my BP due to my race. I appreciated the knowledge he shared with me because I have always believed all meds aren't a one fits all. I will forever be grateful that he was available that night due to a PT of his having had a heart attack and he was coming to check on him. would recommend

I love the doctor and the staff; Dr. Qasi is very kind and thorough. The staff members are nice and courteous, but for some reason, I am having a hard time with their follow up communication calls such as test appointment information. They say someone called me or was supposed to call me but I never get those..to the point that I missed one appointment which I had no knowledge about because I never got a call to set up an appointment. I am also supposed to get a call for a blood pressure device and I think it's been a week when I was supposed to get a call and I still haven't gotten it. I am just writing this since this feedback request showed up on my text. I am hoping their office manager will take notice of my feedback and find out why this is happening.

There are no finer doctors than Drs Eres and Qazi. Dr Eres is so personable and explains everything to you. He also takes the time to listen and answer your questions. The nurses are professional and friendly. The staff is efficient and friendly as well. This is a very busy office, and somehow they all keep it running as efficiently as is possible. Are you going to have a wait time? Yes, sometimes you will but not at every appointment. I would not go to any other Cardiologist.

This office does a great job for an office that is so busy. The front desk staff is polite and caring. The nursing staff is diligent and efficient. The check out staff is equally as kind and efficient and goes the extra mile when scheduling future appointments. I have had experience with both physicians and they are good at what they do. They are very busy but work very hard to see that each patient gets the care and attention they need. The billing staff is kind and understanding and tries to work with me as needed. From beginning to end, this office is my favorite.

Dr. Errie is one of the worst cardiologists! Do not go to him! My granny just got referred to a different doctor because he’s not doing what’s he’s post to be doing! He’s old and needs to retire!

Customer care 0. Communication 0 Documentation ?unknown because they didn't even know what my lab slip was to tell the lab. Lol Cannot get anybody to contact you if you have any concerns. Give you a BP cuff to monitor stuff just to find out that every day your blood pressure is very high isn't concerning, symptomatic, simple movement, sweat, tunnel vision, pins needles in head, feel faint. No portal, and no contact this is the only way I can reach out. 150/76 168/82 148/84 138/68 134/73 186/83 154/78 141/69 153/81 146/72 158/82 138/75 145/70 I'm going home, forget the labs, cancel my appointment for 9:45 December 13th obviously this isn't important enough for them so it's not important enough for me.

My mom has been calling for close to a month to schedule an appointment to get fitted for a monitor so she can get a catheterization. It's been a recording everytime shes called. You all never pick up the phone or return her call. Her Dr is Dr. Qazi. Her name is Carolyn Turner. Please look in your records and call her back. They did call back and she really likes her doctor. So I will change it to 4 stars.

I am so upset with this office. I am the daughter of one of Dr. Qasi'ls patients. My mother just got out of the hospital on Saturday. She was sent there on Friday at the request of the PA that told her that her nuclear stress test had come back abnormal. She had the cardiac tests (3) echocardiogram, nuclear stress test and a CT scan done towards the middle of December. She never heard from any of her test results that anything was abnormal. She assumed that everything was okay until she went for her follow-up. That was when the PA said that Dr. Qasi wanted her to go to the ER where they would do a heart cath. Nothing was found. She was placed on 4 new medications and told to come back to have another monitor placed in her chest for 2 years. She was quite disturbed because she was already on the same type of medications for her condition and was wondering if she should be taking the new ones. She consulted with her family doctor who said that he couldn't understand why any of these medications were prescribed at all and not to take them until she saw him again. She attempted to call the office all day yesterday and no one would ever pick up to answer the phone. She finally went over in person to the office - the waiting room was full - 4 employees at the front desk - all the phones ringing and no one would answer them. She finally told them that she was there as requested to make a follow-up appointment with Dr. Qasi to have the monitor placed. I am furious at this office!!!! There is no reason whatsoever for such bad care. I am trying everything in my power to convince both of my parents to get away from these "so-called doctors" and office.

Dr. Eres is my doctor. Everyone here has been nothing but exceptional from day one. Been a patient for 5 years and have always been treated with kindness, hospitality and respect. Dr. Eres and all the staff have gone above and beyond in my treatment. Every visit with Dr. Eres has been detailed and informative. Always treated me as I was his most important case!
