I have never felt humiliated like today to make the matter worse the boss was in it !I had to send a load of papers internationally this morning while I was waiting for the right address to destination and checking which company is a little bit cheaper and accurate, I had everyone disappear in the back room giggling like I'm crazy,I had to insist I want to send my paper work.,for all my services I used 500$ and I got that kind of service, or is it because of racism i wasn't rude or angry at somepointwith anyone. I wish you will never do this to someone else is not kind or professional, no customer will take half of your day,if you decided to do business serve everyone equally and respect. Thank you.

I use this UPS for corporate and personal mailing and printing services. The service is exceptional. The staff are always willing to help when I need urgent services for my business. They are very courteous and customer oriented. Going into this store also saves time when you need USPS packages shipped.

Really great UPS Store with very friendly and helpful customer service. I have used them several times for many different services and I have not been disappointed. Other companies like FedEx should take notes from this UPS Store.

Whoever was driving 5/24 at 9:15 am on Harrodsburg rd shouldn’t be driving if they’re just going to cut people off. Had a mile or more before they needed to turn. I had to swerve into another lane just to avoid hitting them and had the nerve to look at me???

This is the only UPS store I trust with my packages or print jobs! They have always been careful and respectful with my packages. The staff are kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and each other. Great store!

Always friendly and helpful staff. I had an Amazon return and didn't pay attention that I needed to print a label and box it. So used to scan and drop. Fine gentleman printed from my phone and boxed it. Expected to go home and do. Now that's customer service!!! Just don't get that anymore!!

I use this UPS store occasionally and have always had a really good experience. I just moved to the area and needed help sending a few items for my wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me and the manager even took time to help with a few questions I had. Definitely recommend!

Great service. Subtracting one star for their lack of flexibility. They can't figure out how to accept a package that is for a "pick up" location.

You should really update your hours online- it says 8 am. But there's a paper on the door that says 9 am now.

This store is fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. And they offer a full breadth of services.

Management: It was in the manufacturers package. Had never been open. So, it was very much able to be resold! This Beaumont location tries to make you purchase a box, even though your item is in a manufacturer box. I know they have been trained to try to sell you boxes, but UPS does not require any type of special box to ship. Bad Business!

Service with a cheery attitude! Let’s face it— shipping people’s returns all day long can make for cranky employees. Not here! The owner and employees were helpful and efficient and HAPPY! Lots of services offered here. Well worth driving a few miles past the cranky-employee stores.

Bryan helped me out with a tricky print job for my business. He was super friendly and was able to knock it out in a day and for a better price than quoted! I will be back when I have other shipping or printing needs!

This place is great. These guys do all of my printing and shipping. They print my laminated stuff, my stickers and business cards. You can call them and anyone answers the phone know what’s going on and can help. I know when my stuff needs to be there to be shipped and the turn arounds on most printing is that day. Try them!

I visited here to send international mail and a staff estimated the cost which is much higher than the post office's due to the system of UPS. He kindy explained and recommended a cheaper way to send it. He was very kind and generous.

I sent fragile items as a gift. I had the UPS store package them for me. The packaging was professional, extremely well packaged and secure. All six glass items arrived quickly and without any damage! I so appreciate the time and effort this store puts into each and every package. This UPS Store location is very well organized for COVID-19 social distancing with 6ft tape lines and Plexiglass dividers. I felt very comfortable entertaining their establishment to conduct business. Thank you! I’ll use them for my future printing and shipping needs.
