Place is great. Manager runs a great operation here. I do some food delivery on occasion and it's always ready to go when I get there. Food is great too. I also use them for takeout myself. Clean and easy to get to.

I was in the mood for Fridays, so I stopped in. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Trish was my bartender. I ordered the merlot to start. I then ordered the shrimp fajitas. When it came out, it was sizzling! I dug in, and it was tasty! I was able to order more tortillas as well for $1. The bill was super affordable as it usually is, and I had a good experience.

We really enjoyed our experience. The food was hot and tasty. We had a fantastic waitress. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The outside tree was also very pretty.

Great atmosphere food was good! My 12 year old devoured the salmon dish! The chicken fingers and the jack Daniel chicken strip gone way down hill in the last few years! waitress was amazing! new to the scene and fresh out a relationship made her super attentive to the table! Much appreciated!

The boneless chicken wings were awful. They were overcooked and hard. The tots were okay. The chicken al pastor bowl had an eighth of an avocado in it, two pieces of pineapple, and a lot of disappointment. The service was fast and friendly. The bathroom floor was sticky and smelly.

Usual chain food. Soup came out cold. Good fries. Cajun shrimp and chicken were good, not smothered in sauce.

Food was good. Our server Dawn was great & informative to any questions we had. No looking wait dinner& drinks were right there.

I live in the area, so I frequent Fridays pretty often. For the most part, it’s your typical dining experience. Nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible. However, two friends myself, and our children visited about a month ago, and had a terrible experience. The waitress refused to wait on us, and we had to seek her out multiple times during our visit in order to get drinks, refills, utensils, condiments, you name it. Sadly, she was very attentive to the table next to us, so I have no choice but to assume she had an issue with my table specifically. To top it off, she charged my friend, double what her meal cost which unfortunately was not discovered until two days later, when my friend looked at her bank account. Not sure what was up with that waitress and the service, but it left a bad enough taste in our mouth that we will more than likely drive to the Wilkes-Barre location in the future.

Always pleasant staff But I wouldn't recommend that you go late in the evening. We did once and the children were way overcooked and the shrimp was rubbery. Much different from our visit in the afternoon. But overall this location is one of the best.

I used to love TGI Fridays but I was so disappointed tonight! It's been a while since we've had it and we saw that they had new burgers and deliver, so we thought we'd give them a try. I got the steak and cheese burger. The second bite that I bit into the burger, I pulled out a big long hair out of my mouth. I was so disgusted that I could barley eat the rest of the burger. I was starving though and took a few bites only from the back/other side of it. It wasn't very good. My daughter loves any chicken nuggets or strips from anywhere but kept complaining about her chicken strips and wouldn't eat them. I finally took a bite to see and they were so hard, dry, and over cooked. After this experience we won't be ordering again. $50 wasted and barley ate my food..

Tues. evening April 25th between 7pm and 8pm we had the Best WAITRESS ever. I wish I caught her name. She was the G.O.A.T Best I ever had. She was very friendly so accommodating and very professional. A petite woman who served people like she was hosting them in her home. She was full of energy and enthusiasm for her customers. She had such class. Our food was pretty good too.

Went today with my Fridays today get wings. We also ordered fries with a side of cheese which we never got until after our wings came out. I had to ask since they forgot. The waitress was too busy sitting at the bar hanging out. The boneless wings were dry. My daughter asked for extra sauce. Mine were traditional and were good. The fries didn’t have a side of cheese; they had shredded cheese melted on. They also didn’t seem to be fresh, probably because the waitress forgot to bring them. The service wasn’t great. Long wait before asking us if we need refills, forgetting food, etc. The waitress didn’t even serve the food. Not sure because no one was really there besides us and another table or two. Atmosphere not great. We got sat in the bar area despite very little people being in the restaurant. It was only 5 pm. This was strange since I had two children, but okay I guess. It was also freezing cold. Then when we got our bill, it had all these miscellaneous charges on it. Open $1.99?? Not sure what that was. Was that for the waters ir sitting in the bar area? or something else? idk. Then we got charged for each order of celery and then each order of blue cheese. Strange, usually just get charged for 1 extra order of blue cheese and celery, not multiple charges. per item. Also, we got charged for a soda refill. My daughter didn’t even ask for a second. Very mediocre experience. I guess because it was .50 wing night, they charged all those other fees to make up for the price difference? Won’t be back, but will go to the one in Wilkes Barre. Always great there!

The service was great, our server was very attentive and quick. The atmosphere was okay, could use a bit of an update but overall it was comfortable. The menu had plenty of options to choose from and the kids meal portions were huge! I found the food to be mediocre, I've had better at different locations. But overall, it was a good experience and we would go back if we were in the area!

Food was great. The service was even better. Tara made it an amazing experience for the whole family both days. We came back for a second day on vacation, and she remembered all our drinks from the day before, as well as our orders. She brought us our drinks from the day before without asking after returning the next day. We were so happy. People who love their jobs and the people they work with are awesome. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tara!

Was at this location today and the waitress was super nice but the food was terrible. I ordered the chicken and steak Fajitas and everything was extremely dry and nasty. Omg the cups were disgusting. I noticed at the end of my meal and just felt nauseous. It look like grease. I scratch the cup with my nail so you can see how dirty they were. It was my son's birthday and I didn't even said anything. We just paid and left.

Best service ever. Popped two tires in the Sheetz parking lot and the manager let us replace them here (and lent us all of his tools). Kindness seems really hard to find these days but this guy was a gem. You should 10/10 eat here.

Always delicious food! Drinks were made perfectly. Server was friendly and attentive. There was a mishap with our mozzarella sticks so we had to wait but they definitely made up for it by giving to us for free. I have no complaints. Highly recommend

Never got a plate the dissatisfied me or my fiance. The time I like to go to tgiFridays is around 830/9pm. And when there busy if ya tryna eat and run ask for a seat at the bar and you'll be golden

There was no wait time. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. Waitress Tara was awesome. She is a great asset to the company. We hope to go back very soon. Our son loves TGIF.

Food was great and our waitress was the best!

Easy to get to location with a wraparound parking lot. We were welcomed and seated immediately (on this Easter). Our server was super nice, very attentive, and didn't check on us too frequently (thank you!). Food arrived within a reasonable time as well. My bacon cheeseburger was great, not dry, and very good. Everyone else's food was good but I'm not going to review theirs; except for the mozzarella sticks, these are great! We would definitely come back here.

The food is good! I love the jack Daniels chicken! The glaze is to die for! I love when they have the outside seating. It's a little pricey but worth it. A good selection on the menu. Also the best time to go is when they have endless apps.
