Used washroom, It's very painful for me to say that room full of bad smell, can't belive, u guys are charging everything double on actual price, then, why can't you hire anyone to clean the Washroom.... And on the same day(06-11-2022), We couple order STUDENT MEAL(Price is Rs.150/- + GST), in that we received 1 burger + few french fries (hard to say 10-12)+ 1 cooldrink ( we have option to choose any 1 soft drink, so we have choosen SPRITE ) to be genuine, we got Sprite in one small glass, that too it contains only 10% of Sprite and remaining 90% of ice cubes, even u guys don't know that now it's Winter time, still u are giving that much of cool to ur clients, bad experience ever... Specially I came from Ramganjmandi to Jhalawar to have food at INDIANA, but from now I'll think to visit there ( hard to say it's my last option to Indiana ) bad experience 😏

The place was good. Ambiance was really brilliant. Food equally tasty. I had Veg Exotic Pizza and Red Sauce Pasta. Both the choices were flavourful. BUT the worst thing about this place is their customer service. WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT ANY RESTAURANT. The servers don’t even know how to talk to customers. 1. There was no ketchup on the table. Upon asking about it, the server said “Jao jao table pe, wahi de dega koi aake”. This is the way to talk to a customer? Absolutely disgusting manners about their staff. 2. Tissues were placed on the table. There was no stand for them. Unhygienic approach. 3. You just continuously have to search for the waiters cause there’s no one to listen to you. NOT EVERTHING IS ABOUT THE TASTE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PRIORITY FOR THESE NEW RESTAURANTS.

Even though, this is in jhalawar, we had to wait for a table and when management allocated a table to us, someone else came and sit saying they came early and also were waiting for table.. management has to do a better job, busy evening is not an excuse for incompetence

I have included this point about AC as I have found that a very famous chain of fast food restaurant feels like oven during summers because it operates with insufficient AC arrangement. We came here from bundi when going to bhopal, wanted to have a quick stop just for tea and coffee, but as per their recommendation we had starters then couldnt and odered main course, if I recall noughty paneer, white pastah , shahi paneer, I must admit I have been eating at restaurants past 25 years and I never had such osom taste.. Rohit that skinny guy- fire him out . Asked him to take the main course order and he was being 1.5 clever, said he’ll take it late coz he’ll keep it ready in 5 mins. Have to wait 20 mins to get chapati on the table. While asking him about 5 mins he was laughing
