Pros:- Well i must say it a place to visit at least once in a month, a bit expensive will go hard on your pocket, chai is up to the mark but other things are okay-dokey not good nor bad, according to our city it is a good place to chill out. Cons-: but problem occurred with the AC It is not working properly. Space is not enough. And Late service you have to wait a lot for the order. Parking issue is there if you are coming with car then parking is a big issue.

Really bad experience with nachos. I don't know what type of cheeze they use. But trust me, you people are aware about Maggie problem. Govt. Banned Maggie because of it's after eating symptom. Now come to the point. You will feel irritating after eating nachos. Late service it will take minimum half an hour. High price with less quantity.

A well designed interior where you can spend your quality time. A little lagging in service though food taste and quality is pretty much good.

Late service it will take half an hour, it was written in menu that you will get cheeze nachos. When you receive your order on table you will see mayonnaise or I really don't know it was liquid cheeze what ever it was, it's ridiculous. It was really bad experience. Chai Nagri you should remove it from your menu. Bahut khatti mayonnaise thi bilkul bakwas.

Restaurants incharge was not nice at all. There was hair in mocktail and when told manager about it he replied APNE PURI DNK PEE TOH LI HAIR HOTA TOH UPER AA JATA. Such type of customer service they are providing.

The staff was so friendly and calm. Food here tastes excellent. But, I think some people didn't know that good things takes time that's why they gave comments which were so irrelevant and unjustified about chai nagri' food and staff. The shakes offered in chai nagri have their own essence and taste which may take some time longer than usual. People should know how to mark time for experiencing new ambience and taste.And at last i would like to tell some people that the burgers provided here are of brown bread which is way more healthier and quite different from the white ones that's why people thought the buns were not good enough as they are used to having regular ones .

Quick service. Well trained staff. I ordered ginger tea, cheese maggi, cheesy fries. The taste was delicious and quantity was also good. Would definitely recommend to try this place.
