Very poor and pathetic response from service nurse and staff. We went their for one emergency case for fever , they simply said doctor not available ,at evening time also they are dependent on single doctor ,no back up at all in the entire hospital. The nursing staff fighting among themselves who will take care .They were very rude and frustrated as they are not defined with their roles and responsibilities and that they have shown on us . Patient just need some basic treatment like saline and some injection to get stable . As she can't able to move even but they were keep saying that doctor not available , he called us and recommended for taking to other hospital . We told them atleast do some primary treatment and once she feel little better then we can move her to other hospital but they behaved very rude . I would never suggest to visit if ur patient is serious. First check if the doctor available ,then only go else please be very careful selecting that hospital. It's just the building they made without doctor. Be very careful before u go. Else select alternate hospital

Hospital is good but lacking of leading health insurance companies network . Need to be improve.

I took my covid vaccine here. staff is well behaved and helpful. There is ample parking space inside the campus. So people should not park at the entrance as it blocks the main road. Decent sitting space for waiting. Overall process was smooth and hasle free.

Very bad experience, charges like corporate hospital without giving proper gst bill receipt. Prescription without Doctor details.

Staff are good.management is worst. The worst was the room which is was not matching quality with the price and unhygienic and toilet is in very pathetic condition.......I suggest better go for some other option.

The hospital's location is good,accessible easily. The staff and doctors are good at what they are suppose to do . The one thing that is irritating is the numbering system which is probably The worst.No numbering system for for first time check ups,they are done alongwith the ultrasound which takes a lot of time.Kindly make the system fluent ,

My Personal Experience is This Hospital is comfortable for me because the Infrastructure is well and the plus point is best ICU is there and the staffs are very very supportive, Specially Dr Anil Kumar Nayak, One good quality of Dr Anil Kumar Nayak is Handled everything in smoothly in very very worst situation that's actually we want..One More thing is that The Hospital is Growing Day by Day for Us.. My friend Sunil Pawar had come under contract of death from an unknown disease.And he was admitted in ICU, he was put on ventilator. Dr. Anil Nayak's treatment is completely healthy today.I want to thank Dr. Anil Nayak from the bottom of my heart that for him my friend is absolutely right today
