Two Days back, I went there at ansal branch to get my haircurls.. Highly Unprofessional staff, had worst experience ever.. They don't even know how to curl hairs. First she curled my hair with a haircurler and then with straightener and again with Haircurler... She attempted 3 times & ruined my all hairs with the heat of machines.. And still my hairs look like this.. I was like Why did I come here? The staff is so so unprofessional and they spoiled my hairs. And at the time of saree draping, they don't know how to make saree plates i did it by my own..and they charged me for draping, seriously I wasted all my time & money.. Just have a look at my saree draping for which they charged 500/rs

No doubt Bhavya Kapoor is the most famous & trusted makeup artist in lucknow and that was the sole reason why we booked my sister's engagement makeup (plus one bridesmaid's makeup) by senior artists (branch :Ashiyana Lucknow) but we had the worst experience ever. On such special days we trust our MUA & hairstylist for the perfect makeup and hair-do and it's heartbreaking n so disappointing if the expectations aren't met. My sisters (the bride & the bridesmaid) visited the studio at the time of booking and described her needs,showed hairdo pics that she wanted on her D-day which they even agreed for. The bride along with the bridesmaid were asked to rest assure the same will be done as per their wishes. But on the D-Day when the bride again showed the hairstylist how she wanted her hair-do to be ,hairstylist replied ;that it won't look good on her hair, it can't be done on her hair type and won't suite etc .As the bride was getting late and wasn't satisfied with what she heard but somehow in the end she agreed to go with their choices believing they're perfect at their job and would only suggest better but at the end she was so disappointed and the whole experience definetely didn't justified the big name "bhavya kapoor" . I would request to Bhavya Ma'am, pls categorise your stylist as senior or junior wisely. We girls pay a huge amount trusting your name and work and being disappointed with how we look on our own big day is such a bad experience for rest of our lives.

So let me start by saying this ! The studio is a dark hot place with negativity floating around the entire space ! All the lights turned off and Ac's turned off ! When I asked the staff the reason , to my surprise it was something that the owner asked them to do ! What ?? The owner asked them to turn off the lights and AC's to save on electricity! Anyway the managers did try and compensate the flaws at the owners end but you won't feel like being there because salon is something wherein you go for an experience and not just the service ! Secondly I heard the owners talking to their staff ! And my god what a briefing it was ! The studio is for sure degrading their reputation and sevices day by day by day! I am sure it won't be long before they shut down ! Now my problem was they keep bouncing their bookings from one branch to the other ! They would talk politely on the phone but the experience inhouse is as pathetic as it can be !

Loved the services provided by bk ashiyana branch. I got my thalgo facial done by mamta and had a rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended
