Gehlot Health Care Hospital , especially Dr. Renu is best in there job & there behaviour with patient is so gentel and her nursing staff Madhuri, sweeper or NICU staff, all are very efficient and honest dedicated towards their work, only one nursing staff member whose behavior and working capacity is not good as compare to other. Overall the hospital is very good and the doctors and staff are awesome.

Dr. Renu and her staff are very unprofessional. She has zero empathy towards patients and their sufferings. She don't know how to talk to patients. All she cares about is money. Never recommended anyone. Reply to Dr. Renu: My wife has been in pain for the last 2 weeks. And we were waiting for the report. We came for a vaginal swap culture test, which was recommended by the IIT health centre. But without any proper consultation you (your staff) did a cervical cancer test. Nobody asked you to prioritise anyone. Just listen to grevience as your receptionist as us to discuss with madam. Your patients were waiting for more than 1 hours as your consultation hours are between 11am to 1pm (told by your staff). You came to your office at 12pm. Just have empathy to convey that you will be late. I was planning to approach the IIT authority about your conduct. Thank you if you are rasing this matter. I have all the report with me.

Dr Renu Singh's behavior is not good, she does not talk to the patients clearly or she does not listen to the patient's entire conversation, all the charges in her hospital are high, OPD staff 2nd floor is not cooperative, she talks to the patients in full attitude. Dr Renu Singh loves only money and I am not your patient. I will never suggest this hospital. Very bad experience.😒😒
