Yeah! Like the rating suggests, its pathetic. Banker's staff's support is pathetic, service is pathetic, customer support is pathetic. People stand in queues while they sit idle. After waiting for hours, when your turn comes, they send you away to different counters. While you come back after a long walk through the counters, the staff personnel would have gone on a lunch/tea break. Neither the high officials acknowledge this issue nor they resolve it. Even passbook entry is like a day's process here. You have to stand hours in queue for a cash transfer or deposit. Given excuse is slow internet speed or connectivity gone. The staff giggles when you waste your precious time here.

This bank is always very crowded, as apart from Chhibramau, it is serving to the populations of many villages near Chhibramau. Some of the staff of this bank is good at work and some are like they willingly don't want to do their work. There is a frequent problem of server break down in this bank and you have to wait for a long time to get your work done. Moreover, ATM doesn't work here most of the time.
