This is also pleasurable for me that This Cinepolis cinemas is only 400 meter from My home which is In One Awadh Center mall in front of Kisan Bazaar, Vibhuti khand Gomtinagar Area. I have watched 6-8 Movies here and really appreciated, with Picture Quality as well as very good Sound Quality. Ambience for the Customer is good and it feels good and seating Capacity is not more than 200 in every AUDI. The place I loved it.it is the most beautiful mall in lucknow as it is situated at gomtinagar . Any one can fall in love with this place by seeing it . It is amazing place to hangout with friends and also with family friends. Even if you want to out with your office friends or boss you can go there and enjoy at your fullest. The mall is very big and the facility provided by the mall athourities are very good . There are many brands available of cloths where they provide a very good and supportive facility and the variety of clothes you can find there very easily.

It has large space in front of the mall where people can sit down and relax or can even take a walk. Covid has made the footfall considerably less but still if you wanted to opt for a 🍱 quick bite 🍕 or wanted to spend your time if you have arrived nearby for any work, this could be a place for preference.

It's a lovely mall. It's nicely decorated and a clean place. U can get new trending things there. One thing that I don't like about it that they don't provide free water and water is very costly like 80rs per litre.

Watched gaurdians pf galaxy vol.3 3D in it and the sound was not up to the mark no bass ..it was just some short of sound infact i requested for increase sound but they totally ignored it so it was waste of money as well as waste of experience of movie like gaurdians of galaxy

A great place for shopping and entertainment. Zudio is there for budget clothing and other shopping and also mini stores for your daily needs are there. Cinepolis multiplex theatre is a great attraction. The theatre is a good quality theatre. Audio visuals are good however, seats can be improved a bit. Food court is just okay.

It was very nice, very well decorated and their theater was very wonderful, the food itself was very tasty and it was well decorated. The cinema was fantastic, it was cheap and had a very good music background and there were many offers going on in the mall. Movie tickets was also cheap inr 250. But last row was very comfortable it was around inr 500

The best and very big and one of newest, nicest shopping mall in Lucknow. Very good interior with large number of auditoriums. In fact best even in terms of Multiplex as its screen quality and audio quality is pretty good as compared to other malls within the lucknow. Even the ambience scores the highest among all. The food court is very good and delicious , clean and tidy plus food quality offered by outlets is also up to the mark. Food is a bit expensive but it is the same with all other places so can't be a negetive. Very accessible with decent gentry. Strongly recommended!

You know one of the many reasons why I loved going to cinepolis one awadh mall though I am in Parag dairy aashiana and end up giving almost 300/- for uber both ways and though it is only place that far that I go to even though there are other malls like fun republic and waves because I feel that the ground floor of the mall is very clean and looks very posh I really liked that that about that mall that they kept some clean and free space but after lockdown today is the first time I went there and saw some nursery stalls and was not that happy I hope it's temporary though because I didn't liked that too much.

Food court is good, masti zone for kids is good but not better than play max in wave mall. Cinema hall is also okay, i did not liked the executive chairs, they are not recliners. Located in Gomti nagar.... It's one of the best screens available in Lucknow but the major drawback of this multiplex is that the food court available in the mall is not upto the standard. No burger King Or McDonald. Otherwise you can easily choose this.

Very nice theater foe watching all kinds of movies with family and friends. We enjoyed the movie Pathan, the sound system was great.

Theatre was good with cleanliness and chairs. 3D movie experience was also good. Ambiance was cool too. But in the interval they've shown advertisement for almost 40 mins, that too on repeating mode, which was so irritating that all people got frustrated. We told the guard why it is happening and he was having no idea about that.

As i have add the photo of your cinepolis counter aren't open..... There's only one counter open... I would suggest you guys should open at least more then one counter at there a long que.. And people who were getting late.. Not able to purchase there ticket on time.... And i have requested all the people wuo were there in a que to take ticket first and when.. I reach out the counter...
