I visited Vlcc this afternoon and I can’t resist myself posting a genuine feedback about them. The staff there are extremely rude specially that girl on the desk Johra. She is not at all customer oriented. The only nice person in the whole vlcc is their housekeeping who is happy with her job and doing her job well with a smile. Atleast the front desk girl should learn from her about how to treat your customers. When a customer goes premium they expect a premium service which for sure this particular outlet is unable to deliver. They are short of staff and the funny part is after the pedicure they let u airdry ur nail polish. They don’t even have that automatic nail paint dryer. Extremely rude staff with immensely bad service except for the housekeeping lady. Don’t go to Maripur outlet

Best place to get your beauty treatments... At reasonable prices... You will get awesome offers if you visit at festive times... They have some reward schemes too... And its way better than gola road center... The staffs are way more friendly...

I went there for a haircut .. And I'm satisfied with my haircut but still few flaws were there like ,the nails of staff was too Long and her nails were hurting me while she was washing and drying my hair.. Overall she gave me a nice look but she should take care of hygiene also since the comb she was using was not so clean..

Frowd Salon.. Chor behenchod I have booked a bridal and groom package for my Brother's marriage,they took 30000Rs in the name of Advance Booking,Buta day before when I called VLCC Maripur official number they denied that I have booked here or gave any money.I have filed a FIR on them. And they have many FIRs related to frowd cases Please don't go for this salon See the reply of VLCC salon...Frowd Salon .they also frowd many of marketing agency .They didn't pay thr amount of advertisement.Owner of this salon is.They receive Blackmail threats because they keep money of many peoples.Why don't u return their money to avoid such things?

Worst experience of vlcc ever, I get burnt mark in underarm waxing, for clean up and exfoliation they just put the mixture/cream on face while massage was minimal. For men fruit facial we felt cheated ,didn't felt vlcc level service at all. Worst experience, wastage of money.

It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend VLCC Maripur to anybody. Worst makeup, paid for airbrush HD but I don’t know what makeup they did. Zero star. When asked for hair do , they were in hurry, said we have to go somewhere and I was like I had paid for the service . Very unprofessional, my bride was very disappointed zero zero star

The parlour is overpriced, rude and mean staff. There are no consideration for personal requests. The entire agenda is to extract as much money as possible. Awful experience. Only saving grace was the eyebrow person who did it really well. Also the location is wrong. It's off by about 700 meters.
