Good bridge but no water .India as stopped the water by building a dam on ..So it as lost it's fantastic charm which it had when lots of blue water used to flow below it..Shame on India.

Good place safe to goo through best river of jhelum view from bridge The Jhelum Bridge (Urdu: جہلم پل ) is situated between Jhelum and Sarai Alamgiron Jhelum River in Pakistan. This bridge was built in 1873 by the British engineer William St. John Galwey. It is composed of iron trusses over many concrete piers. It has single railway track and a road on one side of the track. This bridge is still used by railway and road traffic.

Beautiful v Sunset view observed many times. U will love to ride over this bridge in evening
One of the beautiful River Bpridge is River Jhelum Bridge. It's a running water river, boating facility is also available there. A beautiful hotel "Tulip Restaurant & Hotel" is also situated between both bridges of River Jhelum. Tulip Hotel also have quality food, hotel facilities and boating facilities to ride in the River Jhelum.
Unlike other roads & bridges, this bridge has a significant role for Lahore to Islamabad traffic. It is the only pass through between Punjab and Capital city
Travelling....story of my life. Everytime I passed through this bridge it felt same. I don't remember when last time I saw water full river. The tulip restaurant there the corner is definitely a good place to eat out.
Worst conditions of roads too much damaged roads NHA is busy on making by collecting tool taxes not a single rupee spent to repair all the roads specially frm Lahore to Islamabad heavy collections of tools taxes but no spent on roads just to fill the under tables pockets of every officer lack of working correctly i must say this the worst offical office who just try to deceive the common public cars etc by putting up Cartise on roads in order to damage them these are ban in all over the world but free ser in Pakistan , Corruption kings of Pakistan ..
