I've a very bad experience here. I ordered burgers. Which was so cold and they didn't even have any test. I asked the KFC staff to change my burger, and they warmed it up and gave it back to me. I complained angrily on their online portal But their online portal is also useless like them. I have had a very bad experience with KFC Jhelum.

I am very disappointed with my meal at the KFC Jehlum branch today. My Xtreme Duo Box (order number 7990) was overly oily, tasted poor, and seemed unhygienic. Please address this issue to ensure better quality in the future.

The food is very good, I already had an idea of what to expect from a KFC so I wasn’t surprised. They have a small children’s playground inside which can be very handy if you have an active child who loves to play. This was the first KFC I’ve seen doing this so I was well impressed. My only concern is they have two eating places but will force everyone into the nearest place which can get very crowded. There is also a large deposit of water just outside the building which looks like a prime breeding ground for mosquitoes and other disease causing organisms. It wasn’t a pretty sight to see at all. The car park is also very weird. If you are unlucky, someone will park behind you and it’ll become a nightmare trying to get out. The drive-thru wasn’t operational. On the bright side, the toilets are well maintained and clean but the hand dryers are a hit and miss. You’re better off leaving your hands to dry naturally.

Their burgers are always lit.💥 Plus the ambiance is also getting better. Ordered a family deal having fried chicken as well that was perfectly cooked have balanced spices and tenderness.

KFC is love for those who got some spicy taste. Personally I really love their Zinger and Crispy Chicken Pieces. So tasty and you can't compare their quality with any other food Brand in Jhelum. They're awesome

Good experience. Food was good but a bit oily. Atmosphere is very good. A lot of parking space and it's on a beautiful location. Overall Recommend.

For the first time I enjoyed thus much for my meal. The flavor was soo rich and juicy with crispy texture. Will surely suggest others to try it.

Good service with best food and don’t have to wait long but only thing which is annoying is their sensors on serving window don’t know what is it but every time I visit they ask to more the car forward and reverse it back so if they actually have this problem which is not big one but I think they should resolve it for their customers
