Good sitting place but food order taking system needs improvement.we were there in rush hours n it was all messy, leaves new comers clueless about who/how to negotiate. They need to utilise the space in some better way possible. Food was late but good. Service team was polite enough to answer the questions from different tables.

Service was slow and no arrangements for gents. Lot of sitting arrangement but only for families. Gents not allowed. A boy and his girlfriend considered as family but son and dad not considered as a family. This policy needs to be revised. This place got exceptional Fruit chat taste.

Ordering queue could be better managed. Should try taking orders at the table. But clearly have trust issue with money. Hygiene an issue, why just wear hair nets? Please also use gloves to handle the food. No attention given to customers waiting for takeaway.

Overall very good taste. Ice cream taste is so outstanding 10/10. Fast food taste is good I will give 8/10. And then it's a very famous spot for Chats. You can see available items in the menu. Dine-in Hall is so good. Separate area for only females, then families, and gents. Serving is fast. Chicken Biryani is not good. I will not recommend it. I will give chicken Biryani 3/10.

Hajveri chat is hidden jewel 💎. In my opinion one of the best in Punjab.
