    Customer service is good overall, they have the state-of-the-art gadgets, peripherals and laptops at the store. However, they should keep the website updated. I went to look for something I believed was on stock but ended up buying something similar since they were out of stock even though the website displayed there were plenty of the headsets available.

    I had a terrible experience with Casa Nissei and would not recommend that anyone use any international credit card. I REPEAT: DO NOT USE AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD. My company used a card from Canada to purchase a laptop that I would then pick up here in Casa Nissei. Although the Canadian bank marked the purchase as fraudulent at the start, we approved it and the money was sent to Casa Nissei. Only after several days without any news, I reached out to Casa Nissei and they informed me that Bancard (the bank they use) had been trying to get in touch with the cardholder to authorize the purchase, even though the purchase had already been authorized on our end. I then spent several days calling back and forth between Bancard, Casa Nissei, and the University where I work, with Casa Nissei doing the bare minimum to help. They wouldn't even put me in touch with their ecommerce department to try and resolve the problem. Finally, Bancard denied the purchase and now I have to wait 3-4 weeks before we get the money back. Throughout the entire process, the "support" at Casa Nissei was lazy, unresponsive, and indifferent to my requests for information and help.
