HHCC

management
exceeded
our
expectations
I
was
Assistant
Undersecretary
for
HR,
Finance
&
Information
Systems
in
Ministry
of
social
development,
I
was
following
the
deliverables
of
the
contract
with
HHCC.
HHCC
had
to
support
in
servicing
several
elderly
&
disabled
centers.
HHCC
had
assigned
a
manager
to
supervise
their
team,
(
which
was
not
requested
in
the
contract),
their
team
were
on
time,
had
high
professionalism,
and
patience
(with
our
continuous
change
of
request
).
HHCC
provided
us
with
their
observations,
recommendations,
solutions
of
problems
that
helped
the
Ministry
to
improving
its
service
to
the
elderly
and
disabled,
HHCC
were
proactive
in
their
work.
HHCC
Owner
and
Management
was
very
cooperative
never
missed
a
meeting,
a
good
listener,
ready
with
a
report
of
what
was
requested
of
HHCC.
HHCC
service
and
management
exceeded
our
expectations
,
their
was
continuous
improvement
and
development
in
Ministry
service
when
working
with
HHCC.
