Worst service in this branch.. I would suggest everyone to order and eat at home because they don’t care about walk in customers.. they made me wait for more than 25 mins for one order.. as they had lot of delivery.. even after 25 mins order wasn’t ready so I had to cancel my order and leave. Extremely disappointing.. As you can see in the picture there is always a delivery person waiting for huge orders..

Great quality and fresh chicken as always. Love the flavour and juiciness in their freshly cooked spicy chickens. Sauces are a must have along with the meal. Tried Kulfi for the first time and so impressed with the taste. Nice textured dessert in clay pot.

Not as used to be!!! Food was literally wet and over oily Fries was melted I waited for 45 minutes to receive my order. Though, I’m 10 minutes away from the branch on Budaiya highway. I tried to communicate with the restaurant via WhatsApp number and there response is that we will send you another order and it will take 20 minutes 😲 only ! Also, I have mentioned in the order that 2 pieces should be not spicy 🌶️, There response was SORRY SIR we can’t make it- well if you can’t make it you should inform the customer from the beginning to avoid such things like this. I have deleted there application and will never 👎🏽 ever order again Very disappointed Let’s go back to KFC 🫤

We ordered 16 pcs box spicy chicken, and it was extremely spicy! And very oily. The spiciness was unbalanced! I wasn’t happy with the quality.

The service is totally useless. They definitely need tonwork on it. You will stand like 10,15 minutes, and the cahsier would be buay back end food making. The bad experience which we can expext from chicket. Also, this beanch is way more costlier than the other branches.
