Went in for laser treatment to help treat some scarring and hyperpigmentation. I've done this many times before and I've never had any problems. I walked out of Hospitalia by Yara with a bleeding back, from the technician losing control of the laser machine. It bled so much it bled through my t-shirt, even though the technician had already wiped the blood off my back. The doctor on duty told me it wasn't his problem and that he wouldn't apologise as it wasn't his fault. This is despite the fact that the doctor is ultimately responsible for the provision of any medical services. I think the technicians are not trained well enough to be providing these services, and I am also concerned that the doctor on duty won't take responsibility for it either. I have had this treatment many times from other clinics, and I have never been left bleeding from it. Because I was so concerned someone would be seriously hurt, I demanded they provide additional training for the technicians. I asked them to send me copies of the certificates to show they have attended the trainings, but I never heard back from them so I guess they didn't bother. I would strongly advise against going here.

This review is for fillers: appearance decoration and technological of the place is the top. Made to impress! Contact with dr and nurse and reception is average before the treatment was done. Once the treatment was done, The consent form was given to sign and I did not get a copy of what I signed not even by email, they promised to get back to me and I did not hear anything. I believe it’s the patient right to get a copy of whatever documentation that is signed. For a first timer patient I would have liked a call from Dr few days after the fillers was done...instead as soon as I paid everyone turn into a shadow so hard to get hold of the dr. so service sucks. When I paid I was asked if I want other services I get 30% discount. In my opinion for first timers patient a discount would NOT do it, better services and a follow up call would make me come back. Dr. filer is ok-ish. I’m not expert but as per my research the dr work is known for minimal effect and more of a natural look. For my case I feel that I paid for a natural look that was my look before I paid for the fillers which is basically so minimal that I can hardly see the result. I get the impression that I wasted my money... I could have gone for anther services have they bothered to call and check on me but since this did not happen I will probably go somewhere else. Despite the bad service I would say, If it’s your first time and you don’t know what you want and scared this might be the place. The dr will recommend minimal fillers and what is best for you, he did not seem to care about being commercial but more of doing his job “right” while keeping natural look. What is “right” for you is what you need to figure out and agree with try dr on... Final point :Bare in mind what is best/ right for you might not be what you want...

I also experienced getting laser burnt to the technician who do the procedure and there’s this filipina long hair name nina she is very very very very rude unprofessional. Even if i told her that it’s hot that it burns she just completely ignored me and give me her attitude when tried to tell her that. Her work ethics is zero percent. Indian technicians they also burned me. I agree that those staffs doing laser or any procedure needs to be highly qualified to do the procedure. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5star not for the company and services but for one particular nurse technician who did my laser who is so smart and explains the procedure thoroughly and for that day i get lucky that the reception put me on her and my future appointments i will highly recommend her. Her name is IVY.

Had a lovely first experience at Hospitalia by Yara this afternoon. Mary Anne gave an amazing facial, my skin feels fresh and hydrated. Hospitalia is also so beautiful! It felt very luxurious and all of the staff were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend & will be back soon! 🥰✨

Got the vitamin booster drip as suggested by Dr Jawaher. It was completely painless the nurse did an excellent job. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience and I'll definitely be trying the other IV drip options in the future.

I did a hair removal laser treatment at hospitalia .. the lady who did it for me was totally unprofessional and untrained. I kept telling her that it’s burning and I know something was going wrong as I did laser before in other clinics but she kept going .. I told the receptionist later that my skin is burning me badly and I have black bruises all over my hands and legs but nothing was really done to me . I wouldn’t recommend the place at all

The clinician undermined my preference when it comes to the type of filler I put, my wishes was not respected and when I tried to communicate to the management they did not give me solution and each person gave me different answers. For a returning costumers they did not give me the quality of care or transparency that is expected from a well known establishment.

Great service and experience for the health. Sangeeeta is a very good nurse as she did my treatment for today. She is very gentle with and very approachable. Will come again for my next session.

Update: Oh now I understand, most of the5* comments are fake. Seriously! People, please be careful before you pay loads of money here. I don’t understand how these people give 5* to this place. It’s definitely not worth to your money. The building is very beautiful inside and out, but the quality of their service is ridiculous. I’ve interacted with two of their doctors, who I’m highly doubting that they have the necessary educational background to be called doctor. Both of them talked like beauty specialists🤦‍♀️ the only reason I’m not putting their names here is because I don’t want point out to certain people for the whole bad quality of this center.

I recently underwent full hair removal treatment at Hospitalia, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff, especially Iril, were exceptionally professional. I don't recommend going there. I have to agree with the previous reviews that their service is very rude. The fillipina receptionist didn't bother to welcome a new customer in a friendly way. She was reluctant providing any useful information about the treatments, beyond the prices on their price list. Hard to imagine how they want to gain new customers and to create trust in them when they start outowith such an impression.

Had the unfortunate experience of booking an appointment in the Riffa clinic, I was told to come early and when I got there I was told there would be a slight delay due to issues with the laser machine. After a 1 hour wait and no call back from the clinic , I returned there and was told that the the appointment would be delayed. Any decent place that respects its customers should at least call in advance with regards to appointment delays and not keep the customers guessing.

I went to see the dermatologist. She didn't even remove my makeup to see my skin issues. I complained about dry scalp she didn't even look at my scalp. She didn't tell anything I already didn't know about my skin. Instead she was just selling products. This place is just a pretty building and nothing more. I stopped going for lazer there cause they kept burning me. I don't know why I went back to try their dermatologist. I should have just gone back to marafaie clinic I am disappointed 150% in this place. What a waste of time. Its like literally throwing money away!

Wow, the hate is strong on some of these reviews!!! I can’t speak about anyone else’s experience, just my own. During multiple interaction with Dr. Natalie, I can attest she is an amazing professional!!! I am very happy with the quality of her work and her attention to detail. The majority of technicians are Filipina, and they are also professional. Miss Yara is a visionary and has done an amazing job setting up the clinic. Thank you for bringing these services to Bahrain! Additionally, thank you for offering these services at quality prices…..much less than what someone would pay in the States or in Europe. While the clinic deserves 5 stars, I feel compelled to point out four issues. 1. Parking: This is difficult in both the Budaiya and Riffa branches. I had to miss an appointment once because I couldn’t find suitable parking at Budaiya. 2. Sometimes, the Receptionists can get a little snippy. It’s not the Filipinas, it is the non-Filipinas who need to work on their customer service skills. I understand some clients can be difficult, but these ladies should not paint everyone with the same brush. In other words, don’t take your frustrations out on me for the rudeness of a difficult prior client. 3. On one occasion, a client with an appointment was left waiting for a service for one hour and was never seen. I know because I was in the waiting room the whole time. The client blew her lid when she found out she was not going to be seen. The huge argument ensued. The receptionist should have taken care of this issue once she knew the Doctor was not available, so as not to play with the client’s time. 4. On one occasion, a female Hindu technician started to berate a Filipina technician on the third floor in front of me for an unrelated reason. The actions of the Female Hindu were unprofessional. The Filipina technician handled the situation incredibly well and did not escalate, but the Hindu was outrageously out of line! She should not aire her dirty laundry in front of clients. No business is perfect, and I am sure Miss Yara understands this; however, the quality of the work put forth by Dr. Natalie and the majority of technicians, far outweighs some minor inconveniences. Therefore a 5 star rating is truly deserved, especially as the closest similar facility is in the UAE and is much more expensive.

Customer servers was disappointing first of all they never called to confirm or remind me of the appt. second I waited weeks for my appointment with Dr. Marco and on the day of the appointment I got stuck on the causeway (although I left home 2:30 h before) so I called 30 minutes before my appt to inform them. When I arrived they didn’t care that I had a rough drive and long day on the causeway they wouldn’t even ask the doctor if he can see me between patients. As per the reception that Dr. Marco will make them a problem. I wasn’t happy with the level of customer service as a courtesy for the customer it would have been nice if he gave me a minute of his time but instead he refused 😕 in some ways I think it was a good thing because if he is an arrogant person that won’t be understanding, then I’m lucky I did not go to him.

A nightmare LIP FILLER that I have done other times during the last 3 years . They have an amazing marketing on Instagram but I truly believe that some picture are taken online cause my lips came out very messed up I did it with DR NATALIE and she did a terrible job Uneven lips ,lumps, weird texture . I can’t recommend it and now I need to fix it somewhere else .

i booked for a nose piercing it was also very pricy (50 bd) and i didn't mind spending that much as i wanted a piercing using a needle and not a gun, and immediately felt something was off when they asked me to chose ear piercings for the jewellery i asked for rings and they had some but the dr was very confused when she was handed the nose ring. she used a small needle and when trying to get the ring in it was too thick for the needle she used, so it wasn't even inside or closed, she told me to go home and close it myself, i didn't want to leave with it not even even coming out of the other side. she then proceeded to use an earring and close its back inside my nose, in what world does that make sense, i asked her to remove it so now im left with the tiniest stud. im definitely going to a different piercer, please dont waste your money getting a piercing here

Customer service is the worst. They need to be learned how to talk to a customer or pick up their phone. Even when they pick they tell me they will call me back NOONE DOES! I had to turn on my car and drive all the way here just for my little need which could been solved over the phone. Externally theyre perfect, internally its so bad :)

I visited after being recommended by a friend and I felt like I was walking into a 5 star luxury hotel, the place is spectacular. I had a hydrafacial done , many places in Bahrain do it but what I liked is that they add dermalux light after the facial to close all of my pore and help with my pigmentations.

I actually never write reviews but I feel like this review could be my thank you and it may help others. This is the best dermatology center in Bahrain ( in my opinion) and May be the best in the Gulf ! I couldn't find a better one in the area. Dr. Sergii is a very good and kind doctor who really try to help you and not just treating you to get money.

7 Star Services So grateful for receiving such a professional treatment from Dr. Nathalie. Needless to say, surgeries are scary. Not here, though. Dr. Nathalie sets expectations right from the beginning, lists all options and explains the consequences of the treatment and its alternatives, in a very transparent and relaxing manner. Unique experience. The Dr. is sincere and exceeds expectations. Despite the word-of-mouth that spills her as the best Dr. in town, he's very humble, shows compassionate concerns and a strong advocate for ethics. You're in good hands.

I am visiting doctor Natalia for almost 3 years and. I must say that she is very professional doctor. I came to her with my son a topical dermatitis, with my rosacea, with my sister having huge face skin problem and my daughter allergy skin reaction. One would expect such a big company as Hospitalia to prioritize its clients unfortunately Hospitalia has become extremely commercial and does not put the needs of the clients first.

The worst Clinc I ever experienced in my life. Got biofilm from that Clinc which left lumps all over my face after flillers. Had to fly overseas to dissolve and correct the issue. Doctors overseas who were very professional were shocked how the job was done. They don’t even disinfect the face properly before putting in the fillers. Just terrible! Very unprofessional staff and doctors with no knowledge. I wouldn’t waste my money or time going to that Clinc huge rip off and save your money and health!
