I just started my treatment there so the results are yet to be seen. However, my experience in the first two visits was very pleasant so I decided to write a review. First, the staff are all extremely welcoming and respectful, they all remembered my name when I came in the second time, which felt like great personal attention. Appointments are timely so when they say 4:00 PM, I saw the Dr at exactly 4:00 PM No wait. Communication was great and convenient on Whatsapp. Now to the Dr. I saw Dr Mansoor Al Shaikh. He was welcoming, attentive, and very informative. He clearly believes in making sure the patient should be fully informed and he went to great lengths explaining everything and the medical plan. He asked pointed questions and gave initial prognosis which was later validated quite accurately with MRI so it was a dose of confidence to continue with him. Great experience in terms of patient care and customer service, as for the quality of treatment I can’t speak to that as I am just getting started with my treatment plan

Dr. Mansoor Shaikh is very professional, personable and makes you feel at ease feeling free to communicate! I enjoyed my visits with him and he explains my test results well. Although he is very busy, He really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable understanding issues with your health. I am beyond happy with the service I received today. Dr. Mansoor Shaikh is the best. You won’t regretted . He is very professional, and really cares for his patients. Extremely satisfied . I would highly recommend him.

I am not much of a review dropping kindda a guy but Dr. Dilip deserves a good review. I wasn’t sure before as the hospital looked private but Dr. Dilip Malhotra cleared all my doubts. Very professional and experienced. The way he treated and checked my back pain was very detailed. He examined the pain and was able to find a cause of pain. Beside this, he explained me what could have triggered the pain. I would recommend my friends and family to consult him. He is one of very few good doctors i came across In Bahrain who actually knows what he is doing. Very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s always nice to feel welcomed and your team does that from the moment a patient enters. Dr. Malhotra is amazing and takes his time with the patient explaining every detail. The nurses are friendly and the nurse today gave me an injection but I didn’t feel a thing. Keep up the good work team!

Medical services provided at Orthocare are of excellent quality. I appreciate the personalized care given by my doctor, Dr Masoor Sheikh. What I like about his approach is being conservative rather than invasive. When I visited the doctor I had acute pain in knee (I was barely able to walk). Based on thorough investigations (including MRI) it was diagnosed due to meniscus tear, baker’s cyst, edema. In the next two months the medication coupled with physiotherapy and other preventive instructions showed very promising results. Today I am good and feel indebted to orthocare for their professionalism and patient care in Kingdom Of Bahrain 🇧🇭
