Worst hospitality experience, we booked 6 rooms and received a confirmation from more than a month of the arrival date. and came to check in after 12 hours from the standard check in time, and we were surprised our rooms are not ready even when 12 hours has passed from our check in time ! The duty manager was very bad and not cooperative and gave excuses without apologies (He was on charge on the 1st of July 2023 3:00 AM)

The best Hotel in Jeddah, although I only came here for a conference, but the luxury atmosphere was feeled everywhere. The location just in front of the corniche with a palace like building, you will feel to be like a king or queen

Dear Ritz-Carlton Hotel Management & Members, I wanted to express my heartiest appreciation for the exceptional service and support I received during my recent stay at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jeddah. During my stay, an unfortunate incident occurred in which I fell and dislocated my arm. The care and attention I received from your staff were truly outstanding. I would like to specifically commend [Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Hamad, Mr. Waleed, Mr. Triclochen Setty, Mr. Sager, Mr. Utpal Sanawal, Mr. Shijith, & Mr. Logmani] who responded swiftly and efficiently in assisting me. Their calm and professional approach in a stressful situation was reassuring and greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I'd like to extend my gratitude to your entire team for their accommodating attitude during my extended stay to recover from the injury. The assistance in modifying my room, providing room service, and ensuring that my needs were met made a significant difference in my overall well-being and comfort during this challenging time. I am impressed not only by the quality of your facilities but also by the compassion and dedication of your staff. Please convey my appreciation to all those involved, as their efforts truly went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you once again.

Simply stunning and breathtaking! And we had the pleasure to meet Waleed at the reception who was the most welcoming, kind and informative and answered all our questions and left us super impressed with Saudi hospitality. Thank you! :)

Speedy check-in, upgraded to a really beautiful bedroom, excellent food, staff our really helpful & nice, I arrived late flight & reception organised me a egg mayo sandwich, what arrived was like a banquet with grapes, fruits & cake, and super coffee, nothing was to much trouble, lovely big bath & I requested lots of bubble bath & surprised me with a rose oil bubble bath - great for tired very busy western businessmen. Recommend 🇬🇧 Many Thanks Gaz.

The Ritz-Carlton needs no introduction. One of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Their lobbies give a royal feeling, one of the most unique experiences which you can’t find in all luxury hotels. The prayer area is beautiful with magnificent chandeliers. The restaurants and cafes are well maintained and the foods served is amazing. The offices and meeting rooms are very convenient. The restrooms and ablution area is maintained with good hygiene. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The overall experience is 10/10. Highly recommend.

I went there to attend zoholics event, i like the area how it is comfortable, the toilets very clean, the buffet was very delicious 🤤 and the main room that held the event was very cozy and high class decoration It looks like a palace. I was enjoyed their and I didn’t have time to take more pictures for other areas I mentioned.

The hotel is the perfect definition of hospitality in every single detail. From the reception who ensured our stay is perfect to the whole team who made our special occasion unforgettable. Please forgive me for not remembering the names. However, the working staff on the day of this review 15 June. Finally, the two gents at the SPA, coach Mart and Ramel who facilitated a special experience that is the best I have had compared to any hotel we’ve been in. Thanks and see you soon Enshallah.

Photos from executive suite. Service is great, although the breakfast buffet is overpriced like around 60 dollars per person, the quality is very decent. You will not be disappointed but will not be awed either! Overcrowded design of the hotel will probably make your head spin if you have been to luxury hotels with more soothing ambiances.

One of the luxury hotels in jeddah, very quiet, the staff was helpful smiling, the size of rooms is good, the food was delicious, The baked are amazing, Car parking is not commensurate with the number of rooms, size of restrooms was good,There are no events in the hotel, not beach access, my room view is too bad 😢 it was overlooking the roof of the conference room, The value is very high, telephone was very old. The 🛌 wonderful with pillows make you sleepy.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. We booked a sea view room and asked for special celebrations arrangements, their efforts had exceeded our expectations. From the moment of our arrival we were greeted with great hospitality from everyone and the staff made sure that our needs were met for the entire stay. A special thanks for the guest relations team for upgrading our room to a royal suite, it was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely go back to the Ritz-Carlton for our future occasions.

Very good experience. Service is superb, rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in terms of quality and also selections (especially fruits, berries and juices). I can recommend the hotel for business trips but also for holiday.

We went here for a fairytale wedding and we were so happy to be here. It was mesmerizing and a great experience. The only little thing... We found it a little disappointing that we couldn't sit anywhere out door.

Look, this hotel is like a palace and maybe located in the best place in Jeddah, but it is old-fashioned. They need a change of mindset in general. They are stuck in between worlds. If i am having a breakfast in palace, food should be much better, music playing in the background should not be rushing me out, and definitely i should not have a nespresso machine cappuccino… also the non smoking rooms should not have tobacco smell… the kingdom is going thru a transformation and the hotel should follow. I still liked the welcome sweets :)

Good but not as amazing as expected We went for a conference which is still taking place until they end of the week. The halls are good for confidences and meetings in the first floor. With different hall sizes. I would give them a 4/5 for cleanliness the bathrooms were out of tissue and 4/5 fir they variety of food and quality of food. 5/5 fir hospitality and friendliness. 5/5 for amazing location.

I didn't experience their rooms as we only attended some occasions in their function hall. However, their food is the best, especially the beef steak and creme caramel. You can definitely see and taste the difference in the quality of food compared to other branded hotels here in Jeddah.

Stayed a couple of nights. Rooms were fantastic but the service was, bar none, the best ever! They took care of us like family. Amazing staff.. Can not say enough good things about them. Thank you Waleed, Essam, Asayel, Alaa; you guys made our trip truly spectacular!

Get there for breakfast. Unfortunately not a good experience vs. the brand name. Food was really tasteless, food serving was bad. Many times the dishes were not refilled. Staff was clueless and no supervision. It could be one off incident BUT looking at brand name and reputation, one cant expect this kind of bad experience.

The Ritz-Carlton is world renowned and part of the elite Marriott group. I had just visited the Ritz Jeddah to check their availability for our group CEOs stay and had an opportunity to view their aminities. I was quite surprised by the facilities they are offering in terms of the various room options. I would certainly say they are very spacious with a royal look and belong to the elite class. Their services are top notch and I can very well argue that this would without doubt be one of the Top rated Hotels in KSA. Room rents are on the higher end, but it's worth the bucks for the Royal experience they are offering. The corniche facing room is such a delight to stay for its views. The building as such is such a marvel of architecture, and any photos taken inside or outside the building is such a beauty to catch.

Although I didn’t have a stay at the Ritz Carlton I got to have a glimpse of it! Being nearby to enjoy the park across of it. I saw that the hotel had a mosque. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I performed wudhu and went to the prayer area. It was very clean and very beautiful! Would definitely have a stay here when I come again and I recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

This is a palace styled hotel. This property does care about Elite members, amazing ! Special thanks to the Fintess center team member MART, you really went above and beyond to made my stay at the Health Club so memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We didn’t stay here, but I took a quick picture. From my past experiences, Ritz-Carlton’s are nice, but from the photos online it also looks very gaudy so I only gave it 4 stars.

Wow. Just wow. This hotel was on another level. It’s the most stunning luxury and grand hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything is just stunning there’s not one place or thing in this hotel that wasn’t just stunning. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced. The cleaners the doorman the receptionists were all so friendly so warm and made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location is also amazing Palestine street is quite near where all the shops are.

Best hotel ever, the highest quality and service that can be available in hotel. The staff are super experienced and helpful and every detail is taken care of. Many conference rooms available for all kind of workshops.

  • 4/5 Ayush B. 1 year ago on Google
Spent a couple of weeks here (weekdays only) Good rooms. Great hospitality. They could do a lot better with food options especially for lunches and dinners. The restaurants at the hotel are not great. Very little diversity in the menu but I hear the weekends are very different. Breakfast is great - lots of options, great pastries - typical 5 star amenities. The spa is a must try - was a hit surprised to learn that its unisex.

I like this hotel I went to it two times. The first time was for the national day celebration. They had awesome fireworks show. The second time was for the Le Petit Chef restaurant experience dine in which is highly recommended. Overall super fancy super presentable and pleasing. High class, I loved it. just make sure you don’t go there under dressed. like no shorts no tank top for men ladies might consider heels and fancy outfit.

First time in Kingdom. Paid for Club Lounge access, but this still closed since COVID. Ate at Reyhana breakfast, a couple lunches, and dinners. Mixture of Moroccan, Turkish themed dishes with rotating themes such as Local Red Sea seafood and Indonesian night. Will come back to this Ritz-Marriott for my next business trip
