Good looking, luxurious hotel that doesn’t rise to its look. The room is dirty. The carpet is discusting with big food stains and generally dusty and dirty. No towels in the bathroom. And the guest services kept on saying they will help us but didn’t. I had to spend long time going from one room to the next and that wasted my time. I am here only for three days on a very tight schedule and they did not respect my time.

There was blood stains and dead bugs on the bed! The coffee machine is so dusty and not clean! I don’t recommend it to anyone it was a waste of money I expected higher quality. However, the service & staff were nice and polite

During my recent stay at Hotel Galleria Jeddah, I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. A noticeable amount of dust was present throughout, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Moreover, there were ongoing maintenance works during my visit which added to the discomfort. It's disheartening to experience such conditions, especially when expecting a pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly for future guests.

Hotel Galleri Jeddah is one of the best 5-star hotels in Jeddah. First, I have to admit that the architecture style of the hotel is really impressive, you will like the exterior classic style, but you will love the interior and massing of the hotel. Second, the location of the hotel is really strategic in Jeddah. All jeddah City anchors are near to you, and the hotel is 20 min away from Jeddah International Airport. The rooms are fine, it is a typical 5-star hotel room, you will find all what you need. The facilities are really spectacular, and luxury travelers will enjoy their time being in Hotel Galleria. I've enjoyed my breakfast there, it is really a very good one, I didn't have time to have lunch/ dinner there but I trust it will be great if this is the breakfast standard there! The hotel staff are really nice, kind and helpful. You will enjoy your stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel for luxury travelers.

I am usually stay here for business trips. The service is not within expectation. Kindly find the below points you have to consider/ long check-in process they are not dealing well with their travel agencies. Shower drainage needs maintenance or cleaning, no one will ask you about your stay.

The hotel is very beautiful and nothing wrong with the rooms. However after finding bugs, cockroach it’s becoming les good. Last night in the hotel they spray some sort of smoke to kill bugs in the basement. This smoke comes from the basement all the way up to your hallway and room. They say it’s normal and is gone in 10 min inshallah, but never true. I wouldnt come again to be honest because for the money I am paying I am sure there is a better alternative in the region.

Never again! Front desk have no clue what they're doing. All restaurants were closed (apart from the breakfast restaurant, where the food was OK at best)! Swimming pool, hair salon, all closed even though the website doesn't mention that, and it makes a difference when you're a bid delegation on a business trip. Room was never cleaned unless I called and asked. And even then, it wasn't guaranteed. Room service is HORRIBLE. Trays of food stayed outside the rooms in the corridors for days! Bed sheets had rips in them. The smart screen in the room (to which all services were connected) didn't work. Electrical sockets came out of the walls.... On the plus side, most staff and manager had every good intention to help, but they really lack the knowledge of how to run a hotel. After a lengthy and painful check-out process they call me two days later to ask if I were still in the hotel!!! And over a month later they call claiming they missed one night and I still need to pay them.... Just, avoid this place...

I expected a certain level of luxury and comfort that unfortunately was not met. The most glaring issue was with the bed sheets in my room. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the sheet was torn in several places. This is not something I would expect in any hotel, let alone a five-star establishment.

Beautiful hotel, excellent quality room, exceptional customer service! Fairly new hotel and it is all very high tech in the room. Excellent Internet. Unfortunately ladies are not allowed to the swimming pool. You need access to a car as not that much around within walking distance. I would happily return to this gorgeous hotel.

This is by no way shape or form a five star hotel experience. STAY AWAY!!! Probably a 3 star experience at best. Customer service reception staff try to be helpful and are not bad. My experience was mostly shaped by the terrible hygiene in both room cleanliness, main restaurant and facilities, including a VERY bad experience at the main iftar restaurant. A coacroch running around the buffet and literally on the serving spoon!!! This hotel lacks alot to be desired. Hotel rooms are fitted out with carpets that are filthy with stains, hair and are not properly cleaned or vacuumed. Even the hallway corridors leading to your rooms are not vacuumed and you can find the same litter 24 hours later, although I highlighted this point to the staff and reception.

I made a reservation at the Park Hyatt Jeddah in September 2022 for a stay from March 17th to March 21st… on March 7th I get an email from the Ritz Carlton Jeddah that my reservation was cancelled, puzzled by this email I contacted the Ritz and was advised that the hotel I was originally booked at rebooked me then ultimately cancelled my stay at the Ritz. Upon contacting the Park Hyatt I was told “a government institution “ booked the rooms that was the first of many lies, the Formula 1 race was the reason they overbooked the hotel, they offered me no comprable accommodations to match the level of the park Hyatt Jeddah after rejecting. 2 hotels they offered. They said they found a “5 star” hotel and would offer me complimentary airport pickup ….. the “5star” Elaf Galleria. Is NOWHERE CLOSE TO A 5* hotel ,airport pickup , we waited an hour and 40 minutes for the driver to show up!!…… upon checking in to the Elaf Galleria I presented my passport and credit card as I have done in over 40 countries visited , they said they didnt need the credit card! …the first room we received was FILTHY no hand towels, stains on floor fingerprints on light switches etc, we were shown to another room that had a terrible stench of mildew, we were shown a 3rd room that as we approached. Had a house keeper spraying some sort of deodirizer that was soo strong we had to ask them to open the window to the. Room, it was an interior room overlooking a courtyard. My wife has underlying health conditions and should not be placed into situations like that. I made that known to the front desk they didn’t seem to care..During this time I called the Park Hyatt Jeddah numerous times telling them. These accommodations were unacceptable and to find another hotel NOTE: there were a few rooms available at the Ritz and the intercontinental all the person on the phone at the park Hyatt could tell me was “ it’s the weekend no mangers are around to make that decision , someone will call you back on Sunday” here it is a week later and no manager has contacted me Hyatt overbooked hotel or sold my room at a higher rate and my wife and I are the ones to suffer the inconvenience and the cost to stay at what is at best. A 3 star hotel , the best part is that hotel has the same nightly rate as the park Hyatt , with no Red Sea view, located ina commercial areas instead of being an actual resort. During this trip we started in Marriot in Giza and the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait both of these locations impeccable service!! Calls/emails to park Hyatt Jeddah and to Hyatt corporate have been useless, this is no way to treat any customer , Hyatt has failed in all aspects for this booking, poor communication , zero accountability and overall lack of any human decency to do what is right I am attaching photos of this “5 star hotel” so that you can see what Hyatt considers something that is on par with them Upon checking out of the galleria they were pretending that they didn’t know I was sent by Hyatt then had the nerve to ask what I was paying at the Hyatt. To charge me the SAME rate…. To be clear I NEVER DEMANDED OR EXPECTED A SUITE .that was negotiated between park Hyatt and the Galleria.. Never again to Saudia Arabia. And never again to ANY Hyatt location anywhere in the world.

We stayed here for one night. They upgraded our room to a business suite, which was a nice gesture. Overall it’s a good experience, however I must say, the room service is very very terrible; it’s veryyyy slow and the food doesn’t taste good AT ALL. Don’t bother to order unless you really have to. They neglected our requests, and some items don’t fit the menu descriptions or they just forgot to serve it :) Common dishes like pasta and pizza should be at a very high standard for 5star hotel! As for the breakfast buffet, it’s less than average, I wouldn’t include it in my stay next time. The suite is spacious, but the sunlight wasn’t strong, however the shower was amazing, and the bed was comfy 👍🏼

One of best hotel I reserved. Staff were friendly and professional and the room is quite with blackout curtains with a good space. The breakfast was average nothing special but in general is good. Facilities are in excellent condition. Parking area is also available for residents and spacious. Highly recommended

The location is the only good think about the hotel. On check in day the receptionist was friendly and did not know how much exactly the cost of my stay was. Even though I already paid in full prior coming to the hotel he insisted that I had to pay. When I got to my room, the room was out dated, the wood cabinet was chipped. The carpet was dirty and stained. There was hair from the previous guest that was still there on my 4th night of stay, even after they "cleaned" the room. The duvet sheet was ripped in multiple of areas and we're not changed despite asking to do so. On check out day I checked out at 10:30 am. When I was in the airport just about to board my flight at 12:40 pm the reception called me to see if I wanted to check out or extend my stay. The fact that they did not know I checked out was bazaar and quite frankly shows how the standard of the hotel. It was labled as a 5 star hotel and honestly it felt that I was in a 3 star hotel.

Worst hotel ever. The check in time known worldwide is 3:00PM. Sadly Till 4:00 PM they didnt let me in mentioning that the room is not ready yet. With all that said, the receptionist was very rude and she through the blame on me!!! Any hotel with no hospitality manners is not a good choice for travelers. You are paying not only for the room but for the services to feel home, not like here in Galleria hotel, you feel like you are not welcomed at all. The hotel should train their employees to warm welcome the guests, to meet their needs, and to offer a quality experience not only a nice room.

The hotel is beautiful, reception and room service is top notch. Open buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with great food. There is also a different restaurant in the lobby area. Underground parking available. There is special needs access for hotel areas. Sadly The room we checked into seemed freshly used as there was a wet stain in the floor that smelled like vomit. And there was a full nail of the tenants before us, we asked to change the room but they only had bigger rooms or suits with an extra charge.

Hotel is nice, clean, good location. But, the receptionist and concierge are not so well. During check-in which was in M level, the concierge asked me to check in up and bring him down the room number. It sounds weird. The disaster the receptionist during check out asked me to take my bags down to the concierge to keep them with them till the time of my flight. 5- star hotels should help the customer in a better way than this.

Great location. The building looks like a mall that was transformed into a posh hotel. You have ample parking for your car in their basement garage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good and happy with the level of cleanliness and comfort. Was really happy that they have a gym that is open 24/7. Didn't try their restaurant or spa but i hear they are good

That was definitely a good stay, we spent Eid days there and we got great service from the hotel staff. The highlight was the housekeeping’s crew work and demeanor. Great work and very welcoming crew. My only inconvenience which is too minor IMO was how much time room service takes in order to get you a cup of coffee or light meal. 40-45 minutes for a Turkish coffee sounds a bit unreasonable.

The room clean and comfy, next door room sound of water was noisy from toilet side, receptionist Yusuf asked my guest who I already paid this room for as B.day gift to pay again and he embarrassed me with my guest who was upset at the situation. I don’t think I’ll book again there.

The hotel room is amazing, very luxurious hotel, the staff are friendly. We are still there until Monday, everything is really good but we have a big issue with the smell of the pillows. We have 6 pillows in our room and all of them smell AWFUL. I'm not sure why, we asked to change the pillows, and the new ones are the same. It could be because of whatever the pillow fillings are made of or some other reason.

this place might wow you at first with its architecture and design, room/café service is slow and unwelcoming. and one time i came back to my room where the doors were open; the room service guy opened the door and went to grab something for solid 5 minutes or so. breakfast was lovely and receptionist were nice, and the location is perfect.

I was passed through bad experience with Galleria By Elaf since I arrived until the moment I left my comments as below: 1- when I arrived no one took my bags and no one asked me about how can they help me, so I had to took my bags personally. 2- when i went to my room I discovered that it was as I reserved they gave me a smaller room, so i had to negotiate with them again to gave me room i reserved which was 40 meter square size, so any one has to take care because they will tray to laying on you about there were no rooms as per your reservation. 2- Hotel facilities not as expected especially breakfast i gave it 2 out of 10 as there were limited dishes offered for us with poor quality. 3- Room cleaning not as hotle rating 5 stars as i found cigarettes near bed. 4- There were not enough signs leads you to hotel facilities, so i have to figure out by myself to discover where are swimming pool and Gym. 5- There were no respect for guests as one day there were one famous guy lived with me in the same floor and there were noisy people and loudly sounds let me wake up from my deep sleeping after midnight. Totally I will not come back again to the Galleria By Elaf again ever. Total rating for hotel 3 out of 10 as per amount of money they asked per night.

The rooms was not as good as the lobby 1-The mirror is hidden inside the cabinet, the mini bar very small and not useful. 2-The bathroom is not a 5 star level it was not comfortable the shower area is not safe and slippery and the water remain in the shower until they clean it next day. 3-The hotel is NOT kids friendly, They took extra charge for bed and wifi if you have more than 2 devices. 4-There is no electric plug for the hair dryer I bumped my head every time Trying to plug it under the desk. 5-It is really difficult to find the pool and gym there was no signs. 6-The precautions for COVID19 was not enough, the welcome coffee at the lobby is a self service so everyone should touch the same coffee thermos and the cookies * ** The recipients never asked how was our staying after the check out however we told her all our comments .

I just checked out of this hotel this morning but I had to leave a review as soon as possible. Wow! My family and I were blown away by the service, the luxury, and the kindness. I see now why it’s a 5 star hotel. From the moment we pulled up to the front, to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. And this was only 1 night. I can only imagine that they would have shown us even more if we stayed longer. You will not regret a stay here!

It’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing hotel with spacious luxurious rooms. The location is perfect at the heart of Tahlia Street. The staff all the way from security, Check-in, Check-out was absolutely amazing. I will definitely stay again with my family and for work as well. The architecture, the cleanliness, size of the room, the staff, the decoration, amazing lobby with very decorative touches. All rooms include complimentary coffee and tea facilities as well as refreshments and snacks beverage center with an Expresso machine.

The welcome Greetings from the Front door of the hotel to the Front Desk Representative was amazing, the two gentlemen were on duty showed great enthusiasm and professional approach. The room standards are of a high 5 Stars Forbes, extremely clean& modern. The house keeping & concierge Staff listen to the needs of the guest carefully. I will definitely recommend the Galeria Hotel to friends & family, the location is excellent near the high end stores@ Alkahayat center * Louis vuitton, Gucci, Massimo Dutti, Mango, Zara etc. Plus the famous cheesecake factory restaurant, PfChang, Texas Road House restaurant. The breakfast buffet is Amazing. The Milano restaurant on the M Floor menu is simply the best.

Spent 4 nights there while on business in Jeddah. The location is great in the heart of Tahlia street with several restaurants, cafes, and shops within a walking distance. Beds are very comfortable and the AC is perfect. Breakfast was also very good. The staff is very gracious and helpful. The internet is fast and the business center was great, and even had a couple macs. Over all, I had very little to complain about and lots to praise. Things I would improve: sockets next to the beds would be very helpful. The bath/shower is a bit high and not the easiest to get in and out of but there is a safety rail.

The hotel’s architecture is very good, the location is very good, the staff were very organized, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is very nice, yet the furniture can be much better, specially the wooden doors, they look very cheap.

Breakfast and Vaquero (and employees) as well as the gym are the only savi g grâce from a 1 star rating. AC is either on - at 15 degrees - or off. Housekeeping poor at best. Key card works about half the time, pretty annoying when your room is at the end of a long corridor. Poor sound isolation.

The stuff were good. The room is clean and has wonderful furniture The Breakfast is awesome I looooove it and wonderful waiters at restaurant .. but there is a restaurant in the roof wasn’t good at all I would suggest to you to eat outside.. Zero customer service….had to stay in a room with non functioning AC…Receptionists refused to change the room …I had to sleep for Two nights without AC in Jeddah weather..! Room services are not responding…they answer the phone then simply ignore you… Room furniture and facilities are outdated…electricity plugs are not working and the one that worked are being pulled out with you when trying to use. Never come again and no one should..

the rooms were very dirty, I had to change the first room because of that, then I was given a "better" room which was also dirty. sheets had lipstick and makeup on them, floors were full of stains, every corner in the room had dust all over!! A bug was stuck on the thermostat!!! I dont know how this hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel!
