Today its officially the first day its open again for international flight after Corona Virus, it was traveling to Yanbu and I really experienced something Huge and fancy comparing with the old Al Fursan Lounge, the welcoming staff, the great view, the luxury furniture, the foods the equipment and chargers in seats, the high speed wifi, all is outstanding and gives the best feelings before catching your flight to next destination, hats off guys & Girls on ground and extended to the Top Management for the great job 👏🙏❤️

Big airport, so better lounge. I enjoyed staying here, almost for five hours. Different choices are available from drinks to food. Clean and good customer services.

They try to match similar levels like Doha or Dubai. It is neat and modern, but still a long way to go. Terrible fault is THERE IS NO WIFI even you are connected with their wifi. Staff said many customers complained for months but no one cares to resolve this easy issues Means you are disappeared on a transfer of 10 hours in this airport

I found this lounge to be perfectly okay, but not outstanding in any way. Good size, and it was quiet when I visited which helped. A decent array for food available = no alcohol of course. Staff were ok without being extra pleasant. Decent seating areas and a nice nap area to relax in while waiting for your next flight. Other lounges are better, such as Oman Air and Emirates, but this was perfectly acceptable and servicable.

Large lounge with lots of seating space, including slumber rooms. Food was OK, and there are two live counters for either pasta / egg, depending on the time of day and pizza. The coffee was nice. Service definitely needs improvement. When we checked in, the front desk just scanned our boarding passes and sat back without saying a word. Doesn't really make you feel welcome.

This lounge is sleek and bright, offering a decent variety of food, including live stations for eggs and pasta, which is a nice touch. The mutton masala was very delicious. However, it lacks the staffing for the salad and dessert station, leaving it unattended most of the time. Noise management is an issue here – you can hear every clink of cutlery and murmur of conversation, which detracts from the lounge’s ambiance. The slumber rooms are too few, with only about six available. Snagging one requires timing and a bit of luck, making it tough for those hoping for a quiet spot to rest during long stopovers. Despite staying for around 10 hours, the bright lights and constant noise made it hard to feel rested. Wifi was also extremely slow. Despite these drawbacks, the staff really stand out for their exceptional service, even helping to secure a slumber room, which was much appreciated.

Very spacious and luxurious styled lounge. 2 live cooking stations and plenty of seats scattered everywhere. A nice bar and a chocolate bar as well. There are also slumber rooms but definitely not enough. Showers also available. Comfortable for anyone having to wait for their next transfer.

Conveniently located after (upper floor) security checks. I visited the Business Class area. Staff, food and cleanliness is very well maintained. Internet works fine and you have option to use iPads if you are not carrying your laptop. Ample charging facilities, variety of food and beverages and places to relax. One star less because the slumber area is bright, no option to turn off the lights, and cabins remain open so lots of disturbance of people coming and going. Also no blankets and the temperature maintained is very low. So couldn’t grab much needed sleep. Constant loud flight announcements kept me awake as well.

Loud, very bright and no cozy corners. I guess they just don't want the people to be too comfortable and sleep here. Staff like in every lounge around the globe, without smiling and stressed. Took them a while to clear the tables around. I expected more than that from a business class lounge. Food and beverage choices are good. Coffee choices great. The shower could have been cleaner but it was great to be able to use them.

Hosts are not as friendly and helpful as expected from an international travel lounge. The coffee machine is usually descaling during early morning visits however the lounge seating is spacious and comfortable.

This Saudia Airlines lounge was pleasant and clean. Reasonable choice of limited food and drink but enough to fill the gap. Mediocre lounge compared to other competitors in the middle east region but still a nice lounge

The lounge was quite and spacious. However, the atmosphere was boring and the lounge very old, bland and tired looking with basic furniture. The food was covered in plastic and tasteless. This is the worst lounge that I have ever visited. Dreadful!!

Average, nothing special. Poor choice of food and average taste. Usual Saudia service. For some strange reason, you have to walk through international terminal to get to the domestic terminal even though I arrived on a domestic flight. Domestic transfer process in Jeddah makes zero sense.

It is very quite place. It is a nice open space that reflects with good energy. The servants are very supportive and friendly. There is a private glass room for smokers. There is an area with computers if you need to do some online searching or reading There are variety of chairs and sitting areas in case you would like to sit and work or just relax and chill. There is a small and clean prayer room (separate) for both gender. The tea/coffee corner is split into three different areas other than the cafeteria that has options of cold/hot drinks and light food and snack with a nice tables and chairs area for eating. I gave them three stars only because: - there was no tray in the cafeteria so I can put everything on it then go to my table. I have to keep coming and going transferring food from cafeteria to table. - the lady at the reception was not welcoming and friendly. - there is no direct or close path to go to your gate / airplane. - there is lots of plastic packaging and paper cups / plastic in the cafeteria that are not eco friendly at all - where glass and stainless steel should be used. - also there was no verity in the sandwiches offered and dessert. - there is no area with lasy chairs for those who would like to take a quick nap.

A nice place but a little bit cold. Bring your travel blanket with you and enjoy your time. The lounge is clean, chargers are everywhere, chairs are comfortable, and there is a variety of food to enjoy.

It was nice in terms of calmness. However, if we're talking about how luxurious it is and how food is served, also the kind of food it was nothing compared to Riyadh (King Khalid Airport), furthermore the coffee machines weren't working unfortunately. For other choices to drink, you only have soda 🤷🏻‍♀️ The only thing that I found spectacular was the receptionists and how polite and professional they were.

Alfursan domestic lounge is massive. It has ample seating options including dining area as well as lounge chairs and sofas. The buffet included hot and cold dishes including soup, arabic coffee, fancy coffee machine, dates, and cold beverages. The lounge offers prayer area separately for men and women. The washrooms are well kept.

One of the greatest and most relaxing lounges ever visited. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I wish they add a place for people who want to lay down or have a nap even for a small charge. Also, you have to make sure your ATM is working, I changed my mind many times before due to this issue. Even this time I was about to change it but since I had a long waiting time I went to bring the cash.

Ok... Its spacious. That's the only good thing. The selection of food is bad. It is so cold inside the lounge, we were not able to rest overnight it was not possible at 12°C. We and others complained about that but we got only the answer that they can't do anything about that.

A bit tricky to access, but convenient for the seats and services. If they have some beds and shower areas that would be more comfortable for the long trip passengers.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, coffee made on demand, brick oven pizza made to order, variety of hot and cold foods, many drinks. One of the best lounges I’ve been to Alhamdulillah. Nice Wudu and prayer area. Full review on our YouTube channel-Halal Digest. Access is for those with Al-Fursan membership silver and above, or a business class ticket.

It was neat and clean , the food was good . It really needed better wifi, and the cabins could be more comfortable and should be a little private. It didn't have any privacy and you can't turn of lights in the private room .

  • 5/5 Desmond W. 1 year ago on Google
Comfortable, modern, great coffee and finger food, clean bathrooms, green tropical views and separate dedicated smoking rooms for those who need a smoke, to calm them, before their flights. Kind, attentative staff at reception who provide great mints. Distinctive and memorable Saudi Airlines lounge music. Exit is limited to an elevator and that is simply not enough during busy times. However overall, an excellent top ranked flight lounge.

What a pleasant surprise. Saudia's Al Fursam Lounge at the Jeddah International Airport terminal is amazing. It is new. And welcoming. The lounge is plush. Has love kitchen counters. Some staff are friendly (some are just not happy to be there). They have a live pizza station. A Barista who takes coffee orders and makes non alcoholic mojitos. They serve Arabic coffee and local food too. There are plenty of vegetarian options. There is a pretty dessert counter that has some chocolate too. The lounge was not very busy when we went, so it felt spacious. There are many seating areas in the lounge. A real surprise when one doesn't have any expectations from an airline trying to really up it's game. This lounge is a 5 star in an otherwise empty-ish Jeddah airport.

  • 5/5 Hassan A. 1 year ago on Google
Very comfortable lounge with large seating area. The variety of snacks was ok for midnight time. It also features a small kids room with toys. The area was quite and clean

  • 5/5 Mohammed S. 1 year ago on Google
This was one of the most luxurious lounges I have been to. The place is huge and the food selection is excellent with chefs preparing food to order. They even have wood fired pizza oven and the chef prepares the pizza according to your taste. They have prayer rooms and also smoking rooms for men and women separately and the bathrooms were stunningly clean. The service was just amazing and the staff very helpful. They also had robots with humidifiers and water bottles running around to keep the guests hydrated. Overall, the experience was just amazing and at the same time relaxing. I will definitely continue to fly business class to experience this again.

Beautiful business and first class lounge. There is a lot of space, seating, and areas in which to relax and sleep. Decently large lounge with good food and great service. Would definitely recommend it for anyone travelling through Jeddah. Special mention to Ms Miriam, filipina staff manager who worked very well and gave top class care! The 7 hour layover was well rested and quick. Of note, I do wish they fix the wifi availability in every corner as it disappears depending where you are.
