Eco friendly, crispy, spicy and quick bites always dragged us to Albaik. Either fish fillets or chicken Broast having penetration of spices inside till roots and the sauces flame up the taste. Their delivery is supposed to be a case study for supply chain and business analyst students and researchers.

This branch need better management and the staff must be trained to treat people as paying customers no mater who is in line. At 5:30 pm and after already waiting in line, a cashier closes so they can count the remaining menu items, so after an other 10 min they say we have nothing, I can’t imagine a worst way to treat paying customers. I definitely do not recommend this branch. #👎🏼 Update: Feb,23,2020 Waited from 1:04 am when the placed my order (the invoice photo is attached) and after waiting until 1:19 am the manager said: please wait for (5) more min to get my order while the branch was not busy. I asked for my money back and he left me without a word to make the order‼️ Why? Where are the managers from these kind of behavior?

Hey Albaik, Your food is great, service is awesome, Your parking needs an update. I came to this location and it was just a mess trying to get my food. I ended up with not eating, due to the extreme heat coming out of the cars parked outside of the restaurant. I believe in you guys, make it happen 🙏 🙌

Albaik is one of our favourite dishes in Saudi Arabia but the kind of staff that is employed in this particular Albaik is unprofessional, egoistic and argumentative for no reason. I have not experienced such a negative service from Albaik the last 10 years i have lived in KSA. The incident happened on 20th Aug 2023 Morning 9.30AM. I went to the cashier and asked for a family broast spicy in English as i assumed he might know English but to my surprise he started getting angry and yelled at me for not saying the dish name in Arabic. Even though he understood what dish i wanted he was in denial and was focussing more on keeping me in my place and he said he will not take my order even after i asked him nicely. The Cashier at desk was arrogant and unprofessional and he used some arabic swore words at me and stated that i should leave KSA if i dont know arabic. The audacity of this guy to reject my order and portray racism to satisfy his ego was an absolute surprise to me as i expected him to behave nicely when i did. I had to storm off from Albaik after the horrible insult i have suffered from this place. The cashier's name is Mohannad (or Mahmood) and i have taken the below picture of him. I request Albaik authority to verify the circumstance from the CCTV cameras and witness yourself how indecently the person behaved and I hope he will be given better lessons on customer service and how to uphold the reputation of Albaik.

Al ail always stands alone. Very delicious, and taste the same wherever you go. Quality is their priority and maintained. Hope I can get franchise.

I think this restaurant is one of the oldest restaurants for the AL BAIK. 🤍 I was born in Saudi Arabia since my father was working in Jeddah. I raised up loving AlBAIK. It is part of my childhood memories. I can remember the taste and the smell of the fried chicken there. It is too yummy. I think AL BAIK is one of the important cites that most visitors like to visit when they go to Saudi Arabia. The owners are really so responsible and professional. They were able to maintain the same quality of the work all these years. I am truly proud of them. I hope they would be able to open more branches around the world. I am sure more customers will go and visit them. 😊 Hope to visit Saudi Arabia again. 🤍🤍

Anyone who lives in Saudi loves Al baik. They have expanded in many cities and beyond Saudi as well. Looks like, taste and quality aren't the same as it used to be due commercialization of their business especially after the pandemic.
