Beware!!!! I stayed here for a few weeks. The hotel staff is rude except for a select few. My room hardly got cleaned. What topped it off is after a few weeks my daughter and I started getting red bumps all over. I search the mattress and found bed bugs all in the box spring. I brought to the managers attention and she basically accused me of bringing them in. She asked me if I had been in the woods recently. Then said all she could do was switch me rooms. The carpet is ripped up. There is rust in the bathtub. The TV hardly worked I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in to work. Also the water stinks. Not sure why but definitely does.

I paid extra for a room with a jacquizzi tub and it was broken with a note taped on it to not use. I had to turn off the ac unit because it was so loud, it sounded like the fan was about to fly apart. The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was sweet and helpful.

I've stayed in far better hotels for the price. The design needs a redo and the shower tubs look a bit old and rusted. Only consolation is that it is near the hospital where I do my clinicals and it offers free breakfast. I also get to earn rewards points for staying. The staff are nice. If only they can also provide complementary toothbrush and razor for shaving, I would be happy.

Guest service was great. But the rooms are a little run down. And had a mold type smell. If I would have known this I would have skipped this place.

Room was pretty clean and the shower had really good pressure which I enjoyed. The only negative I have is, for my tastes, the bed was a little too stiff.

La Quinta inn was great whenever we showed up customer service was awesome but the room was a little dirty which isn't a problem when you pick up Lysol and other cleaning products laundry is cheap and in the building and the suites are big. We did notice bugs here and there in the hotel and yes the rooms to have a slight smell probably due to it being an outdated building but my problem is after the first day the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and they're never at the front desk attentive. You have to go knock on the door just to get someone to talk to you. I've been trying to bring my kids to swim at the pool everyday. Someone told me the pool opened at 9:00. So we go down at 9:00 and get turned away because they say the pool opens at 12:00 everyday which isn't a problem. The past couple of days they've had the pool is closed sign up past 12:00 and every day we go down and ask if the pool is open and they say it isn't ready because they added chemicals that morning. When previously I was told that they had chemicals at night that way the guests can swim the next day. If I were you I would go stay at one of the nicer hotels down the road. Sure and maybe maybe more expensive than this one but probably a lot cleaner and a lot better customer service. Don't waste your time here. Unless you're looking for something cheap at the last minute. If by chance are experience improves I will edit my review and maybe give three to four stars but definitely not a five-star hotel in my opinion and I've been to a lot of hotels. If we happen to move hotels I will edit into my review here. If bad service continues here I will be contacting corporate.

Wi-Fi signal is advertised as 5G, but it constantly buffers, disconnects and reconnects. Very unreliable service!

Whoever worked the night shift, told me straight out that there was no rooms available! I asked about breakfast he told me that I had to be a guess at the hotel in order to have some! I asked questions and he didn't know, he needs to be educated in hospitality.

Beware of staying here! My mother in law left her computer bag behind. She had a significant amount of money in there too. Bag and computer were returned but no money! Untrustworthy staff!

I do not under any circumstances recommend staying at this hotel, after a long day of work and travel we checked in for an overnight stay before leaving in the morning to continue my work in another town, sometime after we left they decided to charge our company card a $250 smoking fee which I now have to pay back out of my own pocket. As I always do I never smoke inside the room but I go outside and in fact smoked on the bench infront of the hotel, I always put the cigarette out and put the butt in my pocket instead of throwing in on the ground and always throw them in the trash in my room, after calling them and asking to speak to a manager about this I was told there was none available so I ask the lady on the phone about it, and with a attitude she said because they found cigarette butts in the trash they assumed I smoke in the room so they charged us for that, so apparently you can't use trash cans and can be assumed to do something without actually doing it and get charged for it, her exact words " we found butts in the trashcan so we assumed you smoked in the room, it reeked of cigarette and we had to do a deep clean " and I assure you those rooms have never been deep cleaned and a couple butts in the trash can were not cause to do a deep clean and a $250 fine because they assumed so it had to happen, the rooms smelt musty and there was rust on the fixtures in the shower, I assumed it was going to be a nice hotel but I was definitely wrong, you're better off sleeping in an alley somewhere than staying at this overpriced hotel

😠 Well we are here since we got the room and still waiting for someone to come fix the TV cause we can not watch it. Thank God we have our phones to watch something. Then I the guy comes and he don't know how to even program the tv. Then he does that and he says when it's done it should work. And I'm...
