The place doesn’t look like much on the outside with the gravel parking lot but when you get inside this place is bright, clean and cherrie even with the folding tables & chairs. Christina came out and took my order, she’s very cheerful and was eager to please. She made some recommendations and I chose today special which was the Philly cheese steak sandwich which was awesome.

Sweetest and most dearest friend, and her menu is absolutely awesome!! And I'm not just saying this because she is a dear friend. Lol, we are a small town, but we know good food when we taste it 😊😊

We just ate here for the first time. We had cheese steaks. Hubby had the hand cut fries and I had the sweet potato waffle fries. The cheese steak was delicious and tasted just like the ones you get in Philadelphia, PA. The staff is friendly and the dining area is very clean. We will definitely be back.

This small town diner offers really good home cooking and great service. Our party had two chicken entrees — a grilled chicken salad and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The meat was moist and delicious, the bun was fresh and sweet, and the sauce was excellent. Ditto on the sweet potato waffle fries. I got a chicken fried steak with wedge fries. Fattening and the gravy was oh so delicious. The only thing I’d like to see changed was the classic Margarita which was a tad sweet for my liking. But a cold Bud light goes just as well with dinner. Pete was excellent as our server, and we sat out on the screened patio and enjoyed Thursday night football. Return, we shall!

Can't really review it. We have been there twice and seems they are no longer open. Update after owner reply. Seems they are open. We just happened to try and visit twice on separate Saturday's they were closed. Both times the hours sign reflected open. Now that we know they are still in business we will try again. So I have raised the stars and I guess update again after we get to eat there. Sorry for the confusion was just trying to keep others from making the drive and not getting to eat. We love to eat at small town restaurants and try to give honest reviews of our experience. Most are very good and have very nice staff. Can't wait to try again.

We have been here twice now. Both times have been wonderful. The owner is super friendly and always takes the time to talk to our kiddos. To be honest, this is the only restaurant in Orange Grove that we are willing to go to. It's probably about $8-$12 a person to eat and drink, which isn't bad these days and the food is worth it.

The shrimp were pretty good. The chicken fried steak was average. I'm I'll give it another try soon.

Food is always great! Best place to eat in town hands down. Staff is super polite and courteous.

I love this place. Christmas decorations year round, great food and an awesome staff! I can’t wait to come back on a night with live music.

If you want food that genuinely tastes as good as it looks, then go to Christina's Place. Without a doubt, the best grilled catfish I've ever had!

We bought hamburgers and they were so tasty! Also, the service is great. Definitely going back!

Wasn't impressed with the burgers the HB patties seemed pre-made, and the fries were overcooked. One and done.
