I have been to this fine dining restaurant over 30 years and this time, I tried Shabu-Shabu based on Korean Beef. The fresh ingredients with consistent recipes along with the top notch service can lead to the best dishes and customers’ satisfaction. The restaurant’s efforts on cleaning procedures and his precautions in place ensure a healthy dining as well. As a result, I could feel very safe and really enjoyed the dishes.

A classy premium barbecue place set in a traditional hanok. The cuts of meat were amazing; we got the ribeye which melted in our mouths and the beef rib which was perfectly scored and oh so tender. Seafood pancake was packed with green onions and squid held together by the fluffiest pancake batter Ive ever tasted. Soybean soup was umami and came with thin slices of meat which was a nice change! Service of course was A++.
