Thank you shangri la suzhou. I had a wonderful and warmth experience during my recent visit. The pandemic has restricted travel back to singapore, and as a singaporean, it was very heartwarming to be hosted by ms. melinde also a singaporean. The food was authentic and it felt like home away from home. Another particular aspect worth citing was the impeccable attention and service by your staff in the club lounge. Myself and my entourage had the opportunity to be served by Cassey (Zhi Jing) very kind and thoughtful staff. Very attentive to all details to both myself and my travelling entourage. We were all very contented with the genuine and kind hospitality by Cassey. This further highlights the tip-top service training by our singapore brand Shang Gri La. Good job to the whole team, will be back again!

Melinde and her staff always make a stay at her hotel - a delight. Her team were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The Lounge experience just added a touch of luxury to an already memorable stay. The treats in the room -- the Xiamen Birthday dinner experience, and of course the Ping Tan opera afternoon tea.. what can I say - except - SUPERLATIVE ! Thank you Melinde and everyone who helped to make it special and thank you Shangri La !

Thanks for Angela, Front desk manager of Suzhou Shangri-la & Emily , from Haungzhou Shangri-la , they solved our problems when staying at hotels during my trip. Our 12 days business trip from Ningbo Shangri-la, Haungzhou Shangri-la to Suzhou Shangri-la, I can say your check in services make me so disappointed and the housekeeping standard is dropping. But fortunately, Shangri-la still has kept your experienced staff working at Suzhou & Haungzhou to handle problems. Otherwise....I think I will not come back Shangri-la anymore.

Just 5 minutes away from the nearest MRT and several malls with many restaurants options available. It's quiet, classy and a good option if you wanna stay in the SIP area. Convenience store and a Starbucks are just across the lobby. As the hotel opened less than a year ago, amenities are still new and fresh. Overall it has been a good stay.

So impressed with the service from the Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu team, from the front desk to room service and housekeeper. But I would recommend you to increase speed during checking in when many guests check-in at the same time. Bidet need in the bathroom as well.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff were delightful. I was always greeted as I came in and out of the building. When I checked-in, the desk clerk came out from behind the counter and walked me to the elevators. At every opportunity, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Had a wonderful stay with the staff at Shangri-la Suzhou Yuanqu. Just steps to the main SIP district attractions, beautiful modern room designs, a great indoor swimming po and a strong culinary selection from the all day dining restaurant, I can’t recommend this more. Great addition to Suzhou city!

BEST HOTEL EVER. Rooms were huge, friendly staff and next to industrial park. Really clean and comfortbale. Also very cheap for its quality.
