Love this hotel! Consistently great service and excellent breakfast buffet. There is a safe walkway above the traffic that connects to Mall del Sol with theaters, shopping, and restaurants.

Excellent service and good food, but a kind of little space at the restaurant, and too big space for the bar 🍸. I really enjoyed to be there.

We had a lovely experience here. The staff was so accommodating and helped us celebrate with extra surprises. A fantastic time and excellent location next to the and across the street from the mall. Perfect stay.

Great hotel to stay in while you visit Guayaquil. Close to the airport with the included shuttle, excellent customer service, and nice modern, clean rooms.

It’s my very first time visiting Ecuador for a business trip February 12 to February 18 at Fresh fish del Ecuador amazing people and especially the Hotel is so nice good service the COOKS RESTAURANT foods is so delicious I love the ceviche for breakfast and bread I like the lady receptionists she’s pretty can I get her name

Our Room (booked 3 months in advance) was not available since they overbooked the hotel. We had to find a new hotel. As compensation a dinner was offered.

We had a great stay at the Hotel, the best place we have enjoyed was the pool and the jacuzzi which is in the third floor. The space is very private and not many people go there, i was also able to do some work with the computer. Staff is friendly and breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of pastries and fruits. I’ll be back soon.

This is where i stay whenever I'm in Guayaquil. Service is impeccable and security is very strong. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has many choices. Great location across from Mall del Sol and great food court inside the mall.

Great place with a walking bridge to the mall outside. Food was excellent and the staff was super nice. Room service is great and the tip is already factored into the price. Great amenities. Will stay here again. Also, get the suite. It is worth the extra price for the room.

the location is fantastic and the hotel itself is wonderful. the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. breakfast has good variety as well.

The front desk is amazing very nice people. Very oersonable. Amiable I think is the correct Spanish word. The hotel could use decorations and making it less stark. It's supposed to be a level above. But there isn't anything in the rooms or halls or lobby to give you a sense of specialness. The owners are either absent or inattentive and just cashing the deposit. You can tell it's on autopilot Food was good but double the cost of ordering Uber eats. Shower was cold. Cold. COLD. If it were not for the terrific front desk and food people I'd tell people that there are much better deals out there where the owners obviously care.

My absolute favourite hotel in Guayaquil. Prime location, clean modern rooms, great staff that makes you feel like home! Breakfast and happy hour are served incredibly well above and beyond the hotel’s category. Recommend with my eyes closed! P.S. special gratitude for always honouring my Bonvoy Titanium membership and for arranging an airport pick up shuttle in the middle of the night, truly truly thank you!

Nice hotel, rooms are ok but nothing special. The pool is not very friendly and we didn't use it. Breakfast is nice but the coffee is bad.

Jet blue lost a bag, flight to the island was "overbooked" causing us to miss our cruise. But the thing that made it a lot better was how amazing the room service was at this place and the top notch service and awesome staff. 10/10

Room ok.very clean . Aircon very quite . Good to sleep. Bathroom nice and very clean. Bed very comfy and clean. Breakfast awesome. Coffee very tasty. Fresh fruits splendid. But pool and spa area needs to be refreshed. It should a doors between gym and saunas zone. On the pool area please check the shower head and clean.

Do not waste your money at this hotel!!! It blows my mind that it has a 5-star rating. I went to use the pool for the day with access to a room and it was the worst $73 I have ever spent. Go to Oro Verde or Wyndham at Santa Ana instead!!!

Nice hotel. A little dated. Very convenient to Mall del Sol. Seems to have mostly Ecuadorian clientele. (Not a negative in our book) Their current policy is to give citizens and residents with a cédula free breakfast.

Nice hotel, very nice gym. Shuttle to airport. They help set-up in- room PCR test. Close to mall food court. Breakfast at hotel is not very good. Bread products are stale and cereal selection is fruit loops and I think cocoa pebbles.

1st time to Guayaquil...USA traveler on the way to and back from the Galapagos used this Hotel as a transition base. Warm friendly staff, clean fresh Rooms, delicious foods with wonderful pool/jacuzzi area to relax between flights. Added value is that the distance to/from the Airport is short and the Mall is right across the street. Be clear, this Hotel takes COVID protocols very seriously-I felt very safe. I opted to complete my COVID USA re-entry test in Guayaquil on my way back. Sensational first class service from the Hotel and front desk..they arranged for the technician to come to room and administer the test, which they did promptly on time. Test results were emailed within 2 hours. Price was half that I would have paid in Galapagos. MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE STAFF at the SHERATON GUAYAQUIL!!!!

I really enjoyed the heated pool, dry sauna and wet sauna. I was also very impressed with lounge benefits in the lobby at this Sheraton. As a Titanium member I look forward to coming back. This hotel and staff really make an effort to be the best.

Very clean and nice hotel, with gym, sauna steam room, and food court. There is also a nice mall right across.

The staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms are very comfortable, beds are amazing and a true king size. José is wonderful, so courteous and helpful! You will be happy to be here. Close to the airport but you don't hear it.

Great place for events. We had our Ecuador Fashion Week 2021 there and it was clean and spacious. Christmas food was good at lunch, elevators are only few. Right in front of Mail Del Sol. To add: more bathroom cabins on both levels. More parking valet people. Restaurant with sushi was closed on a Sunday night. We would like to return and experience all amenities when stay in this hotel.

The first time that we stay in this place I was impressed with the rooms and clean bathrooms. However that impression changed when we return about a week later. On our second stay, the shower leaked so horrible, flooding the floor, the bathroom was very small, and the toilet was very little, one had a hard time getting up and sitting down. However it's very easy to take a taxi and go to old Town Guayaquil.

Modern hotel with excellent service. Fabulous distinctive breakfast. 5 Minutes from the airport.
