We
went
today
Wednesday,
a
day
it
says
it
is
open,
because
it
is
closed
on
Tuesdays.
I
sent
an
Uber
to
my
elderly
mom
and
my
brother
who
has
Down
syndrome,
and
care
taker
to
take
them
to
the
park.
My
car
only
fits
4
people
and
I
was
meeting
them
there
with
my
husband
and
my
two
kids.
When
we
arrived
my
mom,
brother
and
care
taker
where
outside
by
the
sidewalk
because
the
place
was
closed.
I
told
the
guardian
that
it
says
online
the
place
is
open
and
he
told
me
that
they
decided
to
close
it
yesterday
at
5pm
for
maintenance.
I
told
him
they
should
have
posted
that
online,
their
information
says
that
the
park
is
open.
When
I
asked
him
I
needed
to
talk
to
someone
to
tell
them
this
he
said
that
they
were
busy
in
the
office
and
they
won’t
come
to
the
gate
to
talk
to
me.
I
was
outraged,
my
mom
is
90
years
old.
Nobody
care
they
were
outside,
that
she
had
no
place
where
to
sit.
I
live
in
the
US
and
I
was
bringing
my
kids
and
husband
to
visit
the
park
as
well.
If
they
had
updated
the
info
about
their
closure
we
could
have
avoided
this.
But
just
as
the
guardian
at
the
gate
the
staff
who
manage
this
place
do
not
care
about
their
guests
who
make
the
trip
to
come
all
the
way
there
because
they
are
outside
Guayaquil.
Just
selfish
and
careless.
