This place is the best!!! Cythia, Juan, the tall guy that helped me find my room, and Karen at breakfast were all so kind along with the rest of the staff. The place has modern rooms with A/C and close proximity to everything. They even helped me with my crummy Spanish. Will definitely stay here again :)

Location and price are great. Breakfast is sad. If your budget is tight, eat for free. If you have some room to spend, go to the mall or anywhere else. Service is nice, employees themselves try to make you comfortable and are accommodating, but the rooms need some work. First not all Deluxe or double rooms are the same and there isn't a good differentiation of which rooms have what beds (size). Sheets and towels were poorly washed and not ironed - the pillows and the water smelled weird. There is poor water pressure, which makes washing your hair a chore. If more than one person is in any room, even a double, you need to request towels and toiletries. Laundry bag costs $5 (this was news to me), without the wash. Floors 🛍️ in the rooms seem to get swept but not mopped. Hotel needs to do some work and invest to create a better experience so that the rooms and food match the service.

Got a different room than ordered, but in the end got a discount so all was fine. I think rooms that are unavailable shouldn’t be offered on booking

Nice, tiny hotel. But hot water took almost 5 minutes to come out. Waste of resources!
