The owner couple are very kind, honest, and helpful. I was going to stay for 5 nights, but they informed me in advance that there was a big party near the hotel on Saturday, so I was able to move to another place 3 days later. Thank you so much for their sincere consideration. The hotel is very clean, close to the beach, and very convenient as it is located near good restaurants.

A great place to stay in Olon, close to the beach and everything else. The owners are lovely and made every effort for us to be able to park our bikes in the courtyard, which was great. We had a lovely room, we could see the sea, private bathroom and really hot showers. Excellent breakfast served until 10.30am (good if you want a lay-in). Beautiful place, very clean. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant hotel at a great location. Extremely clean and spacious rooms with very hot water, clean linen, comfortable bed and a pleasant garden to have breakfast. Just a block from the beach and the better restaurants. The Best hotel in Olón in my opinion given the reasonable price. The owner is always available and eager to please you.

Patricia and her husband accommodated me on a busy weekend. Traveling solo they put in the only remaining room #22. It was a double room and I only paid a slightly higher price. The room was clean. The sheets fresh. They had branded towels. This facility is a block from the beach. It's close to the nicer restaurants. The bed is firm. The WiFi was weak. The bathroom is large. The floor tiles are textured. You don't have a fear of slipping and falling. The bathroom mirror has it's own light and is high enough to accommodate a tall adult.

A charming well run hostal with excellent service, one block from the beach. The rooms are spotless and there is daily room service. So nice to come back to a clean room after a day at the beach. Breakfasts are generous with good coffee. Internet is fast. Highly recommended. We will return!

We stayed a week in La Mariposa and truly loved it! Perfect place to relax near the sea. Only one block away from the beach. It has a spacious garden, comfy hammocks and clean rooms with everything you need. And above all: super friendly staff that helps you with everything you need. Highly recommended! We would definitely go back if we'll have the opportunity to visit Olon again.

A very nice relaxing hotel in the excellent location. The people, all, were exceptionally nice. They speak decent English. But most importantly, they want to communicate. They make you feel welcome. The hotel is a very short walk from the beach. The breakfasts are very good and inexpensive. Yes, I'd recommend La Mariposa Hostal and yes, I'd like to come back here again.

Incredibly friendly staff that helps you even before you can ask a question. A very warm, welcoming and atmospherid place. The hammocks in the garden are great to relax and the tables (with plugs nearby) provide a great working space. Prices are really fair when you consider what you get in return. 5 stars!
