At a first glance the hotel seems very appealing.. the prices are very similar to hotels in the states. $540 for 2 bedrooms and 2 nights. With that type of pricing you'd imagine some type of similar accommodations. We did not. Keep in mind: The Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors very well. TV, conversations, bathroom. Tip: bring your personal hygiene essentials. No conditioner No hair dryer Towels are very thin. Was given 3 towels for 4 people. When asked for more towels they said no. Room service: (was not mentioned at check in) they do not have extra keys or a master key. You have to return your room key to receive any room service. Since that information was not provided we did not receive that accommodation. They do have wifi and Netflix. However, the time to use them are limited. The TV stopped working around 1130pm. Again that was not mentioned prior.

First of all the hotel is in perfect location. Close to the center, the beach and different stores. The hotel has two parts: the small rooms in front of the road (which can be noisy) and bigger spacious rooms in the back. This hotel was recently built and the room where I stayed looked new with good firm mattresses. However, the room needs a few things to add such as hangers, places to put soap and toothbrushes. It seems like the owners are inexperienced in the hotel business and need to work on their customer service skills. Breakfast was fine. They offer two different kinds: continental and American breakfast. I only wish they offered good coffee instead of the instant coffee. Overall I am happy with AC, firm comfy beds, good pillows (memory foam) , big flat tv, extra beds(mattress part) Also I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the evening because the water was warm.

The hotel was empty when we arrived, but the manager didn't show us all the rooms options they had. Nothing wrong, but they were nicer rooms, we'd like to at least decide. In my room, there was not internet signal, so I asked the manager for help, he said that they didn't offer INTERNET, and we had to tell them in advance in order to get an internet connection! I was shocked 😲 Honestly, the hotel was really nice and clean, but the service, definitely has to improve!

Nice small hotel on the main street. They were kind enough to allow me access to my room before check-in when my bus arrived at 7am. The room was clean with air conditioning and a TV, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was included. The staff were very helpful. It is located on the main road so coils get noisy. I would stay here again.

The location is great. It's pretty centrally located, activities-wise. You're about two blocks from the beach and there's a fantastic pizza place around the corner. For a three star hotel, it's pretty nice. Service was great. Some staff members know some English. The walls are a bit thin and food accommodations are so-so. They have a handful of menus from nearby restaurants and hotel staff will pick up your order for you. There is a breakfast option. But, based on past experiences with other hotels, we opted for other nearby restaurants instead. But, the AC keeps up well, the WiFi is reliable, and they have great amenities. Pool is reasonable size, ranging from roughly 3'0 (90cm) to 5'6" (165cm) deep. Hot-tub was spacious and functioned well (rectangular, roughly 6'0/180 wide, as long as the swimming pool). Additionally, they have a self-serve steam sauna with 2 cold water shower wands and eucalyptus leaves that seats about 12 people comfortably.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, despite what you may think from first appearances. It's over-priced for what it is. It's essentially like a 2* hotel, or 3* at a push. The walls are VERY thin, so you can hear everything. It's right next to the main road as well. At breakfast they serve instant Nescafe - no fresh coffee, and they serve it with with eggs and bread. Poor! The best thing you can do is skip this hotel or even continue your journey and stay in a better town like Montanita further down the coast.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel looks somewhat new and has a nice shower and comfy bed. We missed breakfast in the morning so I can’t comment on it, but it was not included in our price. It’s a few blocks from the center of town so the location is ok, but not the best. The staff was very nice when we checked in, but it was difficult finding them at times. There was construction going on so it wasn’t the most beautiful environment. If you’re just looking for a good place to sleep and not hang out too much, I think you would be happy with this choice. We would stay here again, but we found a cheaper place with a better location so we moved hotels.
