Not only are they very disrespectful, but they don't give ANY refunds or accommodations. No breakfast is provided at all even though prior to booking it's clearly stated there would be. They even have dogs loose on the premises. It's not safe at all - they DO NOT care about any of their customer's well being. ALL they want is your money. Very disturbing and distasteful! I will never support this establishment.
