It has been there for years and the city organizes nice events there. They should rebuild more around it and not let "el Centro de Manta " totally deteriorate. Here's a thought Mr. Mayor, how about a smaller mall since you have el Shopping on one end and el Pacifico on the other end, how about one smack in between? No deje que el Centro se caiga o pudra. Salve el centro de Manta!
