    Pathetic! They sell you the roof top club house. But you need to book to even set foot there. As if thats not enough, if any of the trustees feel your being inappropriate they are given the right to kick you out and you must comply. (Some of the so called rules

    Had the ups and downs of any new complex but service increasing daily. Security is absolutely amazing which I love as I am a new father. Excellent lifestyle center which I cannot wait to open up.

    Very beautiful apartments and like you very close to carlswald shopping center and some car dealerships. The Security gets a 5 star.

    Serious work is needed for proactive agents. I'm not even a tenant yet but the agents I've dealt with (two) lack customer etiquette. They dont respond to inquiries, they don't answer calls. My experience thus far is appalling. It's been two weeks now and I'm still looking for an agent

    The entire estate has water proofing problem. If you want to avoid leaking and water stains/mould avoid this estate
