"appointments only" secure an appointment... Arrive 5min earlier and rudely told "we are busy and will be busy for a while" 😳 the tone, some rudeness there. I reminded her that I had a confirmed appointment, she said OK, I sat there for 30min and excused myself coz I saw that my little appointment meant nothing. A little respect goes a very long way.

My recent experience in this Salon was terrible. I wanted a particular hair style and the owner said they can do it. To my surprise, they could not do the hair style I wanted. Frustrated as I was, I ended up doing the hair style I did not want. Then there was loadshedding and I had to leave and come back after 2 hours when the power is back so that the hair can be curled. Who does not have a power back up in this year and age? Then I get home, and I called the Owner (Mbali) wanting to voice out my frustrations. She was so rude, and she was not even willing to listen at all. She then tried and played the victim by saying. "I will not allow you to bully me". She needs to learn listening skills and customer service. She is horrible. On the positive note though, the hair stylists are the friendliest beings on this planet.

I just want to say thank you for the great service. The stylist who did my hair really knows how to deal with natural hair. I didn’t feel any pain during the detangling process or during plaiting. I loved the wash as well. Loved everything and I could work from the space while my hair was being done. Thank you .

I have been looking for a salon that caters to natural hair and I believe I've found it. Been there twice and I'm not looking back. Another thing, they value appointment time!!!! Love it 😍😍😍

First time trying this salon. I was told to wait as they were finishing their clients. Only to be told that nah, I'll have to make an appointment because there are people they didn't realize had to be done.... waste of my time and unprofessional. They were not welcoming at all. But would smile from ear to ear when their friends came in. I'm very disappointed coz I was excited for the whole experience after seeing such beautiful hairstyles on Instagram

Not only did I receive best value for money with my hair (Gugu outdid herself, the final product is better than the one I had shown on request!) but the staff was so friendly and welcoming I felt at home the entire time. Definitely my hair choice space going forth. Thank you!

What is the use of making an appointment if it's not going to be honored? Bad first time experience. I called in the morning to make an appointment to do my hair. The lady I spoke to over the phone said that there is an opening for 2 o'clock slot and it's available, so I made an appointment for that slot. I irrived there a little early to avoid being late, mind you I don't even stay around. The sad part is, I didn't even get to do my hair because I was told it was full! And I should wait for 3 o'clock for my hair to be done or make another appointment for the following day in the morning. Very unprofessional, I'm so disappointed cos I was looking forward to the experience.

Did my dreadlocks for the first time here and I must say I'm really happy with the service and how my hair was done.The guy was gentle and good with my hair.
