Waiting a wile before you get help after 18h00

Poor service at refueling. Was waiting for attendant. Vehicle stopped a few minutes after me but was helped first. When I asked the attendant why the lady was helped before me he just shrugged his shoulders. Rather went across the road to Caltex - great service received.

Very beautifull garden near the steers. Nice and Clean Bathrooms. Would happily visit again.

This place gets busy, the facilities were very clean. A good place to refuel both the vehicle and body.

Its located in a very convenient place for people travelling between the Eastern Cape and Gauteng and also the local people of Free State. It has a fast food diner and some department store across the street.

Men's toilets were very dirty and were smelling terrible

One lady attendant assisting customers 2 males one busy with cellphone other thin one chatting with friend told them I will go across the road which I did and i will advise other trucks to follow

It is a good pitstop because there's also other shops around it that travellers can get things they need from.

Be aware! 14c per liter more expensive than regulated price for 95 octane. Paid R16.81 per liter. Rather fill up at Kroonstad.

There was a promotion at Total today for the rugby world cup! When we wanted to go and get the rugby ball after buying diesel for R200 and joining the loyalty program the owner said the rugby balls are only for persons who purchase for more than R1000.00 This is because there were persons before us that just came and got balls without purchases. I am very disapointed in Total Ventersburg, we buy coffee from them almost on a daily basis, we regulary eat at the steers and we only use Total for fuel purchases. It is very sad that the owner cant be fair and was very rude with her every day clients.
