I've handed in my computer on the Thursday, and only receive it back the next Wednesday, after I had to do all the follow ups! My old harddrive space 100GB, the new harddrive double the old one's size, now still only 100GB space. Still a lot of error messages when you work on the computer!! Very dissappointing!

LBM provides both great products and services, and I would definitely recommend them as the best in their trade. I have never had any negative experiences working with them for the past few years. I installed a fibre line recently, and was once again impressed by their efficiency and great customer service. Thank you for the help and continued support that I can count on!

First off they have friendly staff and great service but unfortunately they let me down by not detecting an issue on my CPU that have been there for a year now. First time going they told me they found no issues on my PC and told me I should get an electrician. Electrician found no issues regarding power coming to our house. Okay few months still with the same restart issue with PC. I found slightly bend pins so I took it in and asked if they can help me bend back I'm 99% sure they aren't damaged. They told me to bring in motherboard so that they can check if it's going in perfect or there could be troubles on motherboard. They did stress test and found no issues. But yet my PC kept restarting. A family member found the problem in a hour. My CPU is faulty and can't work on it's full capacity as it should. If I understand correctly, the GHz was at 4.4 auto but if we put to lower to 3.9 GHz and core boost disabled my PC didn't make one restart in 2 weeks now. Also stress test that have been used was Cinebench and my PC restarts if you start test. So I'm not sure that they used a less accurate stress test or was my CPU even tested but I'm upset because I put my trust on this company to help because Evetech couldn't even found the problem. As I said my PC is fixed now by family member.

I've logged a call from indigo guest house almost 2 weeks now and I never got any help. They always promise to come but never did. I think those who got excellent service are white people, as for us blacks/ Africans are disregarded. Went there 3 times and still awaiting for them to come help me.
